It's very easy to think FIRE FIRE has a lot of double-stepping because it has a few parts where your body wants to naturally double-step but you really shouldn't. Measure 19 is a good example of this. You might want to double step that 8th down-up-right cluster, but it actually works out fine if you cross it over. In fact, if you don't, the next few measures kind of become a real pain. I had to practice two or three times with the music slowed down but now I can do them quite well and its a lot of fun.

I've noticed that quite a few charts in the last few years do this, including quite a few from the Universes.

btw for double if you want to play possession you need to play risky and get a AAA on a least one of your songs and play one X2 songs. Most players played on basic first 2 stages to get it that way.

I'm upping DD now and hopefully should be done in a couple hours. I'll do the other videos tomorrow. Also a reminder that wont go public with them. If you wish to see them you'll have to play the simfile.

Are they going to allow for a local high score system this time as well as the E-Amuse system. It really irritated me that they only had high score via a system that no arcade will ever adopt in europe and afaik very few in the US (Correct me if im wrong).

That's a good point, I've always liked the local high score system they had going in SuperNOVA.

One suggestion that someone needs to give the director is to stop letting Hudson Soft make the stepcharts and go back to Konami's own hired steppers.

YES. I'm for this too. There is one DDRX in france, a player told me how he was frustrated when he saw that he can't save scores...
The game is less atractive for "hardcore gamer" without scoring system...
At least, something like SN1 would be great.

Yeah, because those HP2/FFP stepcharts that Konami's Japanese stepteam made were awesome.

Keep these X2 people. I think they've more than shown themselves capable by now.

Wait, when did Hudson Soft come up? I know it's already been mentioned a few times, but how does everyone know that they're making the charts?

ADD: Okay, I just searched up Hudson Soft, and apparently they developed the Universe series. There's NO way that the people who did Universe 3 and X2 are the same. Unfortunately, the only video of HP3's credit roll (which in theory should have only the X2 AC stepcharters listed) is pretty blurry, so I personally can't check to see if it's true or not.

If I remember correctly, Universe 1's credits suggest it was actually done by Konami Digital Entertainment Inc, formerly and better known as Konami of America.

Let me know if this works.

Only first 25 people can view them

The fourth one is "processing". The other videos work though. Fire Fire and smooooch look fun. Possession is just lol, espiecally with those totally-worse-than-SWAIHM minifreezes and what appears to be jacks in the end. Again, Second Heaven needs some patterns straightened out.

"Secret Agent"
Last night, i have better idea for Dancer and Video BG for X2.

After we choose any gameplay style, we given an option to choose any dancer.

By choosing any dancer, it will disabled Video BG feature (Even Xepher will have no video BG if we choose any dancer)

But if we choose "No Dancer", the Video BG feature will be activated. (Symbol V icon will appear)

And on Graphic option (When we hold green button) we can change "Dancer" or "Video" as we like.

By Choosing "Dancer" we can change the dancer and Stages too.

But if we choose "Video" the dancer name and Stages will disabled.

And still must have Screen Filter Option.

I suggest Konami must make ALL DDR songs have Video BG.

It doesn't matter the video = generic or not, as long as still awesome like Extreme 2.

If Konami can make a lot of videos for IIDX series, why not for new DDR ?

My buddy who used to step for them got the boot when all the California guys got cut and got a call back from Konami recently about the situation.

No, only 不沈艦CANDY is a crossover... the rest are new. I wonder if Latenniter = Latenighter, the alias NAOKI used for... Mess With My Emotions? I forget. And the kors k song, I think that's totally new as well.
