I have recently upgraded my computer so I will have to clone the theme repo again and any pending changes have now been lost. Sorry about that.
I checked it today, and I found one more bug:
- If no player profile is registered, the player name is stretched too much and goes off screen.

Safe to assume this theme won't be updated anymore? I just wish the 'fail at the end of the song' option worked.

Another bug in EXTRA STAGE STARS:
Only A can earn a star. You should change to 1 star for all grades if clear the song (besides AA and AAA, that earns 2 and 3 stars respectively). A star obtain from 4 LIVES, RISKY or FULL COMBO remain unchanged.
Another code: if IsExtraStage() or IsExtraStage2() then return end () (IsExtraStage2() is ENCORE EXTRA)

About ENCORE EXTRA STAGE, it's disabled anyways, so it doesn't matter. ENCORE EXTRA STAGE apparently kept crashing StepMania.

Problem solved. Thank you very much.

I don't think this is the direct cause, but is there any solution?
Initially changed from 5.95 to 3.55 and played
→ After playing, it reverted back to 5.95

Did you change speed while playing or on the mod selection screen?
Changing the mod while playing the song will not save the updated speed mod for the next song.

Curilang never disappoints. I could say it's the best theme maker on the scene right now. I hope to see it up and running soon. I'd be very interested if they implemented folder selection like in World and also Galaxy Brave.

Folder selection like World where categories can be combined like "show me all the 14s in SN1/2 and X1-X3" would be really interesting to see in StepMania.The simple selections are all doable though, most of them already exist like level, grade, or genre, you would just need to use preferred sort for the series sort options and have it put all the 1st-5th songs in one category, Max-Extreme in another, and so on. Bonus points if he can make that change sort by version, difficulty, and alphabetical though.

There are many Pump It Up themes that already do this without needing to modify Stepmania. They also allow sectioning by tags in the simfiles. It's quite possible without modifying Stepmania's source code, at least for what World needs. There are more complex things in PIU; just look at projects like StepF2 or Stepprime, or even PumpSanity, which was so good that Andamiro had to intervene to stop it. Haha.
