For sakura storm Oni on the 1, 1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, Go! part, they should've used all jumps there.

Me too. Using all jumps would be overemphatic. The preferred way to do it is just to start and end with a jump.

8th jumps at 180 doesn't seem fun.

It is a tad odd that not many songs in fact don't have stops, but I don't think it's a bad thing. I mean, where'd they put the stops anyways (for most of them)?
