I'd say not to expect So Deep because it keeps people playing Extreme, but Japan only gets the latest versions anyway so that's probably a nonfactor. (For the record I would effing cream myself if So Deep was announced, or Flash in the Night for that matter).

So deep is incredibly likely to come back to DDR... but no earlier than X4. Consider that all 4 revivals from X were 1st or 2nd mix, and the 4 from X2 were 2nd and 3rd mix. By that logic X3 will feature the greatest hits of 3rd and 4th, maybe 5th at the latest. (So look forward to Saint goes marching, Bumble Bee and Rhythm and Police) But So Deep, while almost a given if Konami plays its cards right, isn't likely to show up again until the mix after that.
Besides, I'd rather have more 5th mix revivals. Bring on the Twist! Movin' on! Hot Limit! (Admit it, you want it as much as I do, even if just the Universe cut)

Oh lawd, way too many 4th mix requests from me... In the Heat of the Night, Kick the Can, Do Me, One Two, Shooting Star... I need to find a 4th mix someday.
From 5th, other than Hot Limit it'd be cool to see 17SAI or Against All Odds (or Oops I Did It Again, lol... the doubles steps are amazing). I'd even love to see Remember You again even though I'm probably the only person who plays that song. (Really need to drop my 11g on it, and it'd be cool to see Oni steps).
