I'd like more original content in DDR too. Having fresh(er) blood in A is what I want the most right now.

I'm honestly surprised at how little this has happened in DDR. What's the harm in running another one now?

I respect their decision to leave Konami, but doing nothing but Supernova, Supernova 2, and X for at least 5 years hits hard especially with all this new TAG stuff. Lol, for the entire time I did those three games, I only knew that SABER WING was from TAG.

TAG isn't directing DDR anymore, and his prescence was only big in 2013-2014. U1 is in charge of DDR now.

I wasn't referring to directing the series, I was referring to the amount of songs he released. The first time I laid eyes on POSSESSION was like October 2015, and that was the first TAG song I saw that wasn't SABER WING.

TAG also did the roppongi EVOLVED series, which is totally worth checking out - I consider them (ver. A, B, C, anyway) some of the best charts in the entire series.

Actually i never liked TAG as DDR director, He directed the worst DDR version (2014, X, X2 USA)
I prefer U1.

TAG didn't direct X2 US CS or X, X was directed by Stillwind.
X2 CS was probably directed by either jun or NAOKI. TAG did direct the arcade version of X2 aka the superior X2, along with X3. U1 had a hand in DDR 2014 halfway through the game's lifecycle.

According to Wikipedia TAG directed X2 to 2014, DJ TAKA directed Supernova 1 and 2 and U1 directed CS version and DDR A.

I definitely checked out all versions of roppongi EVOLVED. Hell, I went through EVERY SINGLE CHART RANKED 13-19 released from X2 onward after I saw POSSESSION. This also happened to be the time when OTP's challenge chart was just released.

If you ask me, U1 produces some EVIL charts. I always had trouble with Fascination ~eternal love mix~ and Pluto Relinquish, Tohoku Evolved and EGOISM just adds to that pain. U1 songs from Supernova 1 and 2 seem to be my favorite (maybe because they aren't that difficult).

TAG does a little bit of all the difficulties and he is a hit and miss type of person with his songs. Some songs I like and some I hate, but TAG is still TAG.

And yes, DON'T TRUST WIKIPEDIA. REMYWIKI is a good place to go for anything Bemani related.

Has anyone encountered eAmusement server issues over in the USA?

As of this post, the machine I play on in Seoul, Korea, as well as all Bemani machines in this arcade are offline.

I'm assuming it has something to do with KAC (maybe an update for an additional character, like they did last year?)

Shorts news from KAC livestream:

- A new format for the 7th KAC: Chris is automatically qualified as a defending champ, and now there is 1 bye for Asia, 1 for Korea, 1 for USA and 2 for Japan

- The qualifiers songs this year are POSSESSION, RISING FIRE HAWK and Be a Hero! (Yuuki's new song)

- 3 new song: 2 from the Tokimeki Idol game and one made by Yuuki (Konami really pushes her career)

Konami giving two spots to Japan is hilarious ngl
