I can't imagine what it feels like to play a recent mix on a machine that isn't distributed by Betson.

Can't argue with that...shit, that machine will be whored out more than all the X/X2 machines in the US are whored combined. But the upside is that the machine can be fixed easily and quickly and is a less of a pain to fix than CRAPSON cabs.

Hassle? E-Amusement can't be that much trouble....its been in the US before......years ago.

I don't think Round1 would resort to using a bootleg e-amuse service as they have pretty strong ties to Konami (they even got them to localize the interfaces for the XG games) and that could cause some issues.

...so I hope Round1 has some other plan to revive jubeat from the dead if e-Amusement is really not happening. Stealth free play and 5 songs/credit have already been tried to no avail, I'm told.

If it was upgraded then yeah, they have X's decal. I don't think there is X2 or X3 decal.

Eh, could've sworn that there are X2 decals. Must've been my imagination, or I was mistaking it for unofficial decals one arcade chain is putting on their SN2 machines.

Even though it isn't connected to e-amusement, I still think DDR X3 is very fun even without unlocks. I mean you still have a lot of step charts that weren't released in America such as Tribe and whatnot. The only problem is some of the songs you have to unlock via enjoy level like Mermaid Girl and I/O and the lack of the newer songs.

Actually, Tribe is also an Enjoy Level unlock, which requires eAmusement. In fact, the only non-eAmusement unlocked Konami original songs new to X3 that haven't been released in America are Beautiful Reciept, Diamond Dust, Fever, Programmed Universe, and Amalgamation for Extra Stage.

Either way, I'm sure Konami is aware of Programmed World. We're not the only country that has a private e-amuse server. If I'm not mistaken, Korea has one for the games that aren't supported by e-amuse over there.

Last I heard, the people behind Programmed World already talked to with the people at Round 1 (City of Industry). It was a no from the higher-ups, but at least the people working there were interested.

Anything to bring customers in, I guess.

I think he means the original songs, which they did not. Only songs from 2ndMIX that were removed before X3 got new Challenge charts. So, the original MAKE IT BETTER and PUT YOUR FAITH IN ME also did not get new Challenge charts.

Ahh, gotcha. Kinda wondering where BRILLIANT 2U (Orchestra-Groove) fits into the mix, although I'm sure it's just EXTREME's charts. Do they have new X-ratings now?
