U1 has made a cryptic post on his Facebook page, saying "They will be back to DDR". When further asked about it, he said "I can't say anymore."

i hope this means "DDR CS will be back on track with how a DDR game SHOULD f***ing be" and hopefully not something like "Yeah were back at making DDR again...like you know, just any DDR we can think up to ruin the American CS market and make Japan's CS and AC reign supreme"

Of course he won't tell us anything else, he ate the future plans for DDR :v

Ohhh, a mystery. I have no expectations for this 2011 release, it will be crap, I almost guarantee it.

On the other hand, I'm trying to look for pop'n music 12 & 13 CS for a good price. God these versions are too expensive.

Honestly I'm a die hard fan so I can't wait to see what the next DDR will be. I don't care if it's as crappy as this version. As long as we get new music I'll be fine. Plus I can't wait to see what city they chose for the next song in the EVOLVED series.

I'm not really concerned with CS releases right now... I just hope the sickness that has taken the console series won't spread to the arcade...

I hope to see another Japanese city in the EVOLVED series, but that is beyond the point. All I'm saying is no matter how much Konami messes up or disappoints I never fail to shell out 70 bucks for the newest release.

This was my mindset until DDR PS3 came out. Then i was just utterly disappoint at Konami for making that abomination and release it to a console that has WAAAY more potential for a true AC port of DDR.

There is a slight chance that Konami of America will change their ways for the DDR games, hell we don't even know if there WILL be another DDR CS game for the PS3 coming in 2011...

...but all we can hope for is that they really make the game more visual and more MULTIPLAYER friendly than DDR PS3 was...

Oh and Doubles and Edit Mode plzkthxbai. And more Patsenner. don't forget SLAKE.

I just can't really predict what the next DDR is really like. You never know, the game might just get better and better like X2 Arcade. The only thing I worry about is that Konami might slack off.

Agreed. Multiplayer, Doubles, and Edit Mode are all very important staples of the series. It was a HUGE mistake for Konami not to include those as well as an online component.
