Don't tell me they finally spend more on the pads/platform, & then cut cost illegally on the hardware Mad

Since after DDR EXTREME, i don't encounter any lag, except for this:

SN1 (Asian version): While playing the song You gotta move it (feat.Julie Rugaard) Heavy on Single/Versus (bar 45-46)
Somewhere near the ending, there's a long freeze, then followed by 4 down arrows, in between the 2nd & 3rd down arrow, it will always lag, all the time.
I wonder if anybody noticed this or not. Or whether did it happens on other versions or not.

All I know is that if X2 turns out anything like X did here even after the patches and such, I am not going to be happy about it in the slightest. This game actually has songs I want to play on it. I'm crossing my fingers on this...

I not noticed lag in the song you mention, ddr_ray. I noticed a tiny lag on "I'll Make Love To You" in DDRSN US, when you play at 1x... its not-so-common... its really odd issue.

In SN2 no issues i detected and in DDRX, i finally could get high scores using the wood pad, Also i don't use so much mods (I'm using 1.5x, X arrows, no filter screen) and the game runs smoothly, except in songs who has a lot of voltage and stream, even in difficult (lag is noticeable, but you can pass the song. It happened with me, playing SUPER SAMURAI in Double-Difficult)

I hope X2 can go here... it's my only wish.

By the way, where's my present?

Super Samurai is just awful on DDRX because of that. Not even a quarter of the way into the song the framerate goes straight to hell, and that's only if one person is playing. It's not even playable with two people on Expert.

Just curious... Does anyone have the link to the DDR X2 poster still, or saved the PDF or image file of it?

I thought I was crazy, but I've noticed the same exact thing on a US Supernova.

"HURRRR"
haha tyma, you go into such details about the design process but you seriously just made most of that up while you were typing.

It's equally as viable an explanation as "BETSON HATE US WAH WAH WAH", but nobody's mentioned the "American company doesn't source the same components as Japan, so creates an inferior machine" theory.

I said it's a rumor. I have no clue why it turned out the way it did :{

We just need Konami to come out and say what's wrong instead of reassuring us with "we know there's a problem".

If my AC upgrades in December, then I'll post about how good the pads are and how bad the final software is.

Ah, good choice. You should also try to get to the Pro 2 at D&B. and possibly Incredible Pizza Company at Lafayette Square. They have EXTREME and PIU NXA. Although, the area's bad, but the pads seem to be good.

Edit: I should probably say something on-topic.

I hope noting ruins this for me. It has a great music list, but the bugs... Sad

"BEEJAY REVEL A"
lol I've been having a reoccurring dream that I'm playing on an X2 machineLaughing Hard It'd be lovely if my arcade upgrades. I'm getting slightly tired of SuperNOVA.
I'm also praying Konami actually knows what they're doing. I look at how X ended up and hesitate, but also hope they learned their lesson. The release is getting closer and closer and I really wonder...

"Oh god what I have dooooone?!"
Believe it or not kikoni, I also dreamed of playing on a DDR x2 machine. But then I played it once, failed, and didn't play again because it was $5 a play. I instead played DDR X or SN2, I forget which. But the ddr x2 machine was the size of a DM XG cabinet. Was awesome. But then I woke up.

I got to see "Pix mode" in person yesterday, it's funny how that mini-game actually reminded me of Nanaca Crash by how you throw Pix.

Hmm, I don't 100% understand about this:

Quote
Konami: DanceDanceRevolution X2 was shown with e-AMUSEMENT readers removed with a sticker added to the top half of the button board.

This mean, no eAmuse for USA?
