There's also some American spellings on the back cover and in the manual itself...
What else is new? I wouldn't be surprised if the title 'Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA 2' slipped through somewhere due to how lazy Konami are.

I fixed the back of the box:

Hard to see but I even fixed the word 'customise'. How's that for a 5 minute job Konami?

It's not even the entire US songlist. Oops

That's the clever part. It doesn't state that it contains all the US licences, just that it features some of them

"DINGDONG♥HEARTS"
Who the hell is Mans Zelmerlowl!?

Is he/she/it the artist for Cara Mia?

And it isn't a rush job; they had a year to go through it, they're just lazy.

I dunno, but the X case also lacked a holder.

The most recent PS2 releases have excluded the memory card holder

"o_O?"
...Which is sad. I have to swap boxes with games I don't play anymore so I can have a place to store my memory cards when I go places.

I actually like Cara Mia... o_O

Or rather, I like the combination of the music video, song, lyrics and the fact that it was free on Stepmania. The song is nice but the giant demonic shadow that is DS SN2 is on it like the plague is making it bittersweet. Annoyed

I'll take that as a compliment then!

I actually wondered who the hell Lady Sovereign was when I first got SuperNOVA so I guess many will assume Mans is just some random artist they've never heard of. Lack of a Rihanna/Ne-Yo/some other currently popular European hit like those, sort of kills this mix for the general public.

Actually playing devils advocate for a second, even if Konami had released this last Spring when they should have wouldn't we still have moaned anyway considering how the songlist turned out? Again it's a poor show on their part to have delayed for so long and have nothing to show for it I guess... so meh.

If the US didn't get all these licences first, this'd actually be a pretty damn good mix. Shame, really...

It's very annoying, that this release only contain 61 songConfused I think, that it could at least have included some of the planet songs from the japanese version, since it was released one year after the US release. But on the bright side the game includes the select character screenSmile

In fact if that hadn't been in there I'd have been shocked, it's an obvious copy/paste.

I suppose this proves that Konami give a GIGANTIC MEGASHIT about Europe.

All PS2 games (at least American) released within the past year or so had cases without a memory card holder. My King Of Fighters XI, Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, and Metal Slug Anthology (in addition to DDR X) has no such holder.

has there been any CS version of Dancing Stage with more than 70 songs? the only thing i can say is good about the game is the character select screen that the US CS never got. but really, that positive only lasts for a short time because it will eventually get annoyingAnnoyed

also does anyone have a clear version of that screenshot on the top and the one on the bottom?

I'm not turprised by the typos. I bet they had this ready by May (much like SuperNOVA was) and they were just too lazy to release it until now.

The closest was SuperNOVA, at 69 songs.
