OH COME ON! THESE WERE MADE BY THE UNIVERSE 3 TEAM (the new KOs) AND SOME OF THEM HAVE REUSED GRAPHICS! 
A lot of them also look like other Uni3 album arts, maybe the 360/PS3 version will have larger versions of these.

Mostly Handel and Modaerne those were the fonts lol. I'm already working on bgs for these and those fonts just made it a bit easier

Also, downloadable songs for XBOX 360 might have larger image too.
Songs from 1st Mix until DDR S Lite (Including SN1, SN2.)
Soon or later we will see the official cover album image of HDV, FAXX, FELM, CHAOS, Poseidon, etc.

I would expect something that simple to be in ddrUK's old graphics pack.
...and now that I go back there after all this time, it's gone along with the simfiles o_o;
Oh crap, my copy of that pack plus my old arcade-accurate 5th Mix folder must've been on my old external when it got nuked by that power surge from that shorted USB! Argh, from now on I'm checking all public USBs for damage before any of my devices go into them. *grumble*
