You have to clear certain areas before they appear in the shop. It's all very similar to SN1, as Oni-91said.

Charts look pretty good. I wish I could take a look at Pluto non-1x.
And yeah, Pluto won't be so easy in the Boss Rush course, because of Measure 32. Unless you memorize it ;)
