Searching the Arcade database for DanceDanceRevolution (New) Japan machines in the US isn't popping up some known locations (such as Chinatown Fair in NY and Marley Station in MD), even though the games appear normally if you manually search for an arcade that has it.

OK it should be fixed now. The country name doubled up "of America" after "United States of America" which is why it wasn't matching when USA was picked.

I'll see what's going on later tonight, I might just have to detect US / United States in the name and replace the entire name with "United States of America" rather than appending "of America" to the end to avoid this bug.

So countries are stored in full text and not as an internal identifier leading to a reference table? Having country searches as full text strikes me as particularly inefficient and (case in point) prone to error.

Yeah it can't be helped as the country code has been like that since v1/v2 and it would be a massive pain to redo the entire site to use country IDs.
I checked the code for US, it was already fixed apparently, if it happens again, let me know some steps to reproduce the bug.

As mentioned above, I reproduced the error earlier today simply by modifying the arcade's address and city fields. The issue presented itself as soon as that change was saved.

Download DDR Supernova 2 AC's videos + WiFi = wrong download due to 320MB and cut before to finish the download (313MB in my case). Is the ISP the gulity?

It's either your wifi or ISP disconnecting in the middle of the download. I don't think it's the server.
On another note, emails from ZIv should be somewhat fixed now so that mail servers do not reject the emails.
