It's just funny because I haven't finished Pokemon White 2 yet. Also, seeing these news makes me want to get a 3DS RIGHT NOW.

I'm just about more than half way done with the first half of Black 2. Defeated Humilau City Gym leader Marlon, caught Terrakion on route 22 (more stubborn than the previous version was forced to use the Master Ball on it) now on my way to chase Team Plasma to their Fridgate on route 21.

Right now I'm blazing thru this game, just started again last week (since I just bought my 3DS) and now I'm prepping myself to kick Marlon's ass.

As usual tho, my Samurott is overleveled (60 as of now).

bump: got all the musketeers (+ keldeo), virizion gave me the most trouble (only because it wasn't night)... terrakion only took 6 dusk balls lol

hmm, Terakkion was the hardest for me. But that's because I used a quick ball against Virizion, which worked. Didn't on Terakkion so I had to keep throwing ultra balls.

Neither was too bad.

Then I got to Reshiram and got it in the quick ball, first try. Felt immensely lucky Same thing happened with pretty much all of my hidden grottos and many, many more. Lesson learned: always start with a quick ball. If that doesn't work (which most of the time, it should), knock it down low and start thrusting timer balls at it if 10+ turns have elapsed.

a timer ball reaches its full potential after 40 turns have passed. I tried taking that many turns against Regirock, but he struggled himself to death after false swiping him. Then I caught him with a Quick Ball. Took a few restarts though

I haven't much luck with the Grottos. I either get nothing or an Item, no Pokemon what so ever.

Thats strange I've always thought that the Timer Ball's abilty varied from version to version. well I've learned something new.

Speaking of Pokeballs they should bring back some of the Pokeballs that were introduced/used in G/S/C/HG/SS for Pokemon X/Y.

^ If you think you get nothing, you probably don't. Sometimes there are hidden items in there (usually different types of mulch).

Items that can only be picked up by the Dowsing Machine?

Well items that aren't visible. If you use the dowsing machine they come up, though you can get them without one.

They are always on that center tile though.
