So I compared, and I observed that:
Modaerne is taller than Sony Sketch EF
Modaerne has smaller distance between characters (kerning?) than Sony Sketch EF
Modaerne fits better, though it has to be vertically scaled to fit.
Result:

It's a custom font.
I think it's slightly based off of Trebuchet...
Hell, I'm sure they just used a regular font and then Photoshopped it with Liquify to add the little fancy serif's.
