I use these a lot:
b(number): beat number. Can go into fractions.

To create good flow, D must be stepped with the right foot, but there's no telling which one to use since both feet are at the same distance to the target arrow.
Will be written if it causes ambiguity.
(AT) Ambiguous start: when a chart starts with U or D. People have different preferences as to which foot to use. Be sure that whatever you do works for both preferences, or better yet, start with L or R. Will be written if it causes ambiguity.
(DS) Doublesteps: Stepping two consecutive arrows with one foot. Freeze arrows don't count. Example: R-U-D-R-U-D-L.

A tip: don't use three arrows over and over for 44 consecutive beats; you'll get either boring or confusing patterns, and yours are confusing. I had to look around to figure out a doublestep on b196.5. And b247. And b271.5. I'm not sure about b279 and b287, they seem like doublesteps but they work out in some twisty kind of way. In fact, a lot of the doublesteps here can fit into the description.: DS on b40 and b144. Is that a twist on b52? I'm not sure if b80 and b112 are supposed to be backsteps or not. So many spins on the slowdown! Looks like you like backsteps and twists so much. I guess the one on b152 is okay, but the rest just looks messy. By any chance can we make ampersands (&) and crosses (+) punctuation as well? I can understand the lack of allowance of crosses but ampersands are punctuation.

punctuation is defined as "the use of spacing, conventional signs, and certain typographical devices as aids to the understanding and correct reading, both silently and aloud, of handwritten and printed texts," or "The practice, action, or system of inserting points or other small marks into texts, in order to aid interpretation; division of text into sentences, clauses, etc., by means of such marks."

whoops i forgot to mention it, but yes, since in Japanese tildes are considered punctuation, you can use that.
