Any word yet if iOS 7 runs this and jubeat without any hiccups? Or is Konami just waiting to see what trouble could ensue. I'm not upgrading to iOS 7 until I'm sure these games run fine.

I did, and so far I've loved it. The only problem I have is accidentally entering the multitasking menu instead of the Control Panel. I haven't played jukebeat or Reflec Beat + yet, though.

I can confirm that both jukebeat and Reflec Beat + work on iOS 7.

I was playing REFLECBEAT+ a while ago & I noticed some of the song titles in the print above on the result screen after playing them are a bit blurry. I'm not sure if the problem is the same on REFLECBEAT plus, but I hope they fix this in an update.

I just played a few rounds and I didn't see anything 'blurry' on the results screen. Could it be your type of iDevice and/or your iOS version maybe? (Playing on an iPad 2 16GB White running on iOS 7)

I checked again, and the song title for that Seiya song that was included in the new KONAMI ORIGINAL Pack (only if you bought it) is in low resolution & it look's glitchy.
