Trust from SuperNOVA 2 is featured in the anime series Gurren Lagaan

However Sorairo Days in DDR/GF/dm/jubeat/Utacchi is a cover, unlike Trust which was remixed for BEMANI (hence the "DanceDanceRevolution mix" subtitle), or Baby's Tears.

Ok, clearing this up :{
Japan treats anime voice actors like celebrities, and anime production companies like making a lot of money, by releasing as much merchandise as possible. A long time ago, there started a tradition of making "Character Image CDs", in which the voice actors of a particular anime will record songs where they sing in-character, about the character themselves, or things happening in the anime. The gimmick is that "the character is releasing a song". These songs are almost always absolutely terrible, and so never get used in the anime itself, they just show up as merchandising, after an anime has finished airing.
Because these CDs are pretty much shoveled out the door, it's not unusual for Bemani artists to get picked up to write the songs. Kors K did some for One Piece, and Tatsh did some for Gurren Lagann. Obviously, this was at the height of Tatsh's internet popularity, so it was a huge deal within the NEET community for him to work with the Gainax, and Konami obviously realised this, by licensing his character songs.
Anyway, Tatsh wrote 2 character songs for Gainax :
Break Through The Dream (Simon & Kamina Character Song)
Trust (Yoko Character Song)
The songs aren't used in the anime, and aren't on the OST, but were released together on a CD single. The short edits are called "Pop'n Music Edit" and "DanceDanceRevolution mix" on the CD itself, and they have a slightly different beat. Tatsh wrote and recorded all 6 tracks.
http://www.gurren-lagann.net/dvdcd/cd.html#cd07
Through whatever deal Konami inked, they were able to license both the songs. Break Through The Dream was used in Pop'n Music Fever, and Trust was obviously used in DDR SuperNOVA 2. The songs are listed in the Konami Original section of the songwheel, but are owned by Sony, so we don't know how many games they'll be able to use the songs or the background movie for.

Speaking of DDR in movies, anyone remember that dance machine scene in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen?
HOW ARE THEY EVEN PLAYING THERE ARE NO ARROWS ON THE SCREEN AAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH
Actually if you look at the top-left on the games screen you see the step pattern, and if you look real closely the actors would (sorta) copy the routine the silhouettes are doing.
Whoops...Didn't know someone already responded to that...

I remember TimeHollow being in a video game of the same name but which Konami game outside of Bemani did Baby's Tears show up?

Timehollow is a bad DS adventure game.
Baby's Tears is just the opening to a Konami-producedporn anime OAV.

Rumble Roses actually featured many BEMANI artists on its OST and also featured a new vocal version of Look to the Sky done by yoko that used the original lyrics, rather than the Japanese/new English lyrics used in later revisions.

ZETA's beginning part has similar breakbeat to Valkyrie dimension/Unicorn tail/YOSHITAKA break/Amen break/whatever break. And the last part of it runs in 5 beats per measure.

Which is why I don't like people saying VD has "Unicorn tail drums" because they weren't fucking unique to that song or anything...but any doubts were erased once we all saw the CONTRACT sequence in the song.
By that logic Spriggan is Tomosuke...Or Yoshitaka is secretly Zektbach

Or maybe Spriggan = Tomosuke + Yoshitaka

May I ask when did Have You Never Been Mellow became a 5-footer? I never saw it with that foot rating. I always see it being a 4-footer when I play the old DDR games.

From the video, it's almost certain the CD used for Uh La La La is the same as the one for LOVE - SONIC DREAM... Or may be my eyes playing tricks on me...
I will leave it for you guys to decide
