2ndMIX looks like a cross between Bank Gothic and Copperplate Gothic.

That one was more than likely custom tweaked from an existing font so it probably doesn't have a name.

It's either Bolster or a variation of DFPSoGei
here's a crudely done example on Word

Yup... Confirmed the font as DF KaiSho...
Note that all Japanese fonts have multiple styles (TrueType Collections fonts)...
In this case, the Japanese fonts are from DynaFont, usually marked with DF-, DFP- and DFG- in the true type collection font format (TTC). Sai8-Win is from a different foundry but also contain regular and proportional style.
DF- means of regular style
DFP- means the latin alphabets and numbers have the same width as the Kanji (Proportional)
DFG- same as DFP with the added non-Kanji characters (Emote text, etc) and the spacing between characters are slightly condensed

It depends on how the font foundries named their font... DF is the short form of DynaFont Foundry

Thanks a lot jch, actually as you said it's DF KaiSho, I checked it and confirmed it but all I found was commercial (must pay).

If you just need the words "RED ZONE" then I can vector it for you. It's not hard to do but if you needed like a whole font file complete with all the characters then that will take some time.
