I hope that you're aware that recurring patterns in BEMANI games aren't always present. I'll give an example with when I was following up on information about beatmania IIDX 16 EMPRESS, back in 2008.
On IIDX 13 DistorteD, the EXTRA STAGE event was CARDINAL GATE, with four primary ES songs and one OMES. The artists, in Romanji, are Suzaku (YOSHITAKA), Seiryu (Ryu*), Genbu (wac), and Byakko (Tatsh). Of course, the OMES artist was Kinjishi (TAKA).
Fast forward to the next two installments for IIDX, GOLD and DJ TROOPERS, the main extra stage songs were VANESSA by Suzaku and Time to Air by Seiryu.
On IIDX EMPRESS, I was expecting the next extra stage song to be by wac under the Genbu alias, but I was thrown off when the extra stage song was Programmed World by kors k as StripE, with the OMES being 3y3s by Seiryu.
In short, just because things happened before in a franchise doesn't mean it's going to happen again in another. It's just too easy.

forgot Himiko? (probably it counts but idk, SIRIUS wasn't even using any of CARDINAL GATE artist for its ES/EES)

Technically speaking, there already is a
chart for Max. (period) but it follows the old route where that chart is easier due to courses. Kakumei and Sakura being two other ones I can think of. Whether its awful or not is purely subjective. You could love the next chart that comes by while others think its awful. Content is content whether you like it or not and getting your panties bunched up adds nothing at all to any sort of discussion. But go ahead and complain all you want if that's what you want. Probably should go ahead and order a baby bottle while you're at it too.

I agree that EGOISM Single Expert is a 17. I just "played" it and tried it on pad and it actually seemed passable (maybe not on Extra Stage). To be honest, I was expecting it to play out harder than 888 challenge, but it really wasn't that bad.
If you must know what I meant by "playing". I place my phone with a YouTube video of the chart right by my dance pads and I play as if I were actually playing the game.

I mentioned earlier that two Hinabitter songs were getting videos today. That wasn't the only HB related update:
Three new crossovers to DDR. 乙女繚乱 舞い咲き誇れ, 滅亡天使 † にこきゅっぴん, and ミライプリズム.
Note also that it has its own folder now. Hmm....

Well it's about time DDR got some more Hinabita. It's definately more of a sign they're trying harder with new content along with Replicant-D-Ignition recently if you know what I mean.

jubeat and REFLEC BEAT get every Hinabita song by default and nobody thinks those series are dead. (DDR 2013 launched with a Hinabita default song and nobody thought DDR was dead back then either.)

IIRC isn't Hinabitter very popular in Japan? Like even more so than all the songs in BEMANI would have you think. I personally am not a big fan of the songs (and I liked some of the U.M.U. songs!) but the fact remains that it's working and the target audience is continuing to enjoy it.
