I hope not. There's a lot of ending credits songs that are playable such as Think Ya Better D and Star Gate Heaven.

But considering that there's still no evidence of the song being playable...

Well there have been a lot of surprises for this mix, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to see it playable as one last surprise. And it seems like it has stepping potential.

(Or we could spend the surprise for a good US distributor for the next version. I'd prefer that one.)

Oh, that reminds me... anyone have the soundtrack with the booklet? (may or may not already be how Nighttime got those... wasn't paying attention) I've been trying to get the lyrics for Something Special but I can't hear like two or four lines...

sadly, the booklet only shows the lyrics for new KOs and Bemani Crossovers.

it doesn't show the lyrics for DDR I/DDR II crossovers.

Starting 8/2/12 3 PM JST:

You will be able to unlock the 2nd Mix Mode exclusives in X3 Mode.
Marathon Mode will unlock. (NEPHILIM DELTA / Trip Machine Evolution / Paranoia Revolution / Tohoku EVOLVED HO!)
The Enjoy Level Boosts will be made more more powerful.

If this is true, it will be just like that mode in IIDX 7th CS (or 8th?) where we play whole songlists and unlocks Abyss remix at the end, no?

Pretty sure it just means that players will be earn "Enjoy Levels" with less creidts, and thus unlock the songs associated with them a lot faster?

Finally, unlocking the 2ndMIX songs in X3 MODE. I appreciate them wanting to make 2ndMIX MODE have a use, but it's definitely time to get them in "regular" play. 12 hours!

Wonder how many unlocks are going to be limited to Japan only initially.

I hope challenge charts are back or added for 2ndMIX exclusives in X3 mode.

It looks like you have to unlock the 2ndMIX songs by chart.

2ndMIX MODE unlocks going in the X3 folder.

Is that really any different than going from SF2 Champion Edition to SF2 Hyper Fighting and not adding any new characters?
