I've saw my groove radar status (via Data Entry) with drill Lvl 19 before, when KONAMI didn't patch the Asian version of X2, LOL.
Seeing the drill Lvl 15 with tiring 18s, now I'm wondering what's the highest drill Lvl. Maybe 15 is the last Lvl? (the current drill unlock is 2 [14 & 15] instead of 3 [11, 12, 13].
Unless KONAMI throw in all other insane 18s to form drill Lvl 16, 17, 18 (hello DEGRS, 888, VD, PTF) =x

I can't imagine Drill level 20 with the current known songs if already on 15 we are heavy on the 18's.

Yeah. I could see a 16, maybe, and only if something like Valkyrie Dimension has a Challenge chart 19 or something. The interface supports up to 20 levels of difficulty, but it's looking like we won't see anything get there in X2. Maybe a single, experimental 19 as a final unlock to test the waters.
