I just finished Stage 6 as Parappa in Um Jammer Lammy with a COOL rating. I never thought I was gonna be able to do that...

Just got back from my first day of orientation at McDonalds. It was boring. 3 hours of it was watching stupid videos of stuff that I already knew!

LOL, the last time I played Parappa was when I was 5 or 6. Cool Ratings were fun to get.

Other Side: I'm looking forward to some drafting classes. The problem is is that it is for people with experience. I have no real experience. I'm going to have to practice my drafting <_> Any recommendations or advice?

BTW: I went to my AC the other day, and they got a new machine that has to be the worst AC game I've ever played. It was called "Justice League Heroes United". It was like if Superman 64 had sex with Streets of Rage, with 99% of the genes being from Superman 64. It was slow, boring, and it gives you health too much to keep you in the shit. I just turned around and play the ITG machine witch was loud as hell that day, but I like my DDR/ITG loud.

I don't think it was Raw Thrills. & Like I said before, It's funny the we have to have every Raw Thrills game except DDR X.

Granted I'm crazy late, but nice job. I'd like to go do that myself, but my Um Jammer Lammy won't play past stage 5 for some reason (at least with Lammy/Rammy). It may still work for Parappa's version; I'll have to see.

Outside of that, I hate Financial Aid. They waited until about 4 weeks into my Summer class (I started this class in June) to tell me that I was on prohibation. So of course, I immediately go to fill out the paperwork necessary for an appeal, and I wait... and wait... and wait some more. It's been 6 weeks, so I went in today to ask what's the hold up. Luckily, I was told that I should have my answer before the week ends. Also luckily, I found that I am one Letter of Recommendation from having a good shot at being accepted into the Honors program.

However, this isn't so great because I haven't selected my classes for the fall semester, and it starts next week. Because of this, I went to go apply for some classes, but found that I couldn't because I have an outstanding fee. It's just a measly $11 medical fee for the summer, but I don't have a measly $11 to pay for it. Financial Aid would usually be the one(s) to pay for it, but because I was on prohibation, I received no book grant and no automatic payment of that fee. So officially, I am stuck with no way to get classes right now, and it may be too late to get them by the time I get a response from the Financial Aid Appeal Committee.

I'm usually a very patient person, but here is the point where I scream WHERE IS MY FUCKING MONEY!!!!????


Also, this season of ABDC looks... interesting... to say the least, and I'm glad that Cathy won "I Survived A Japanese Game Show." IIRC, she never lost, essentially being the perfect game player.

Woo, that's a lot off my chest. Sleep + Pokemon will do that to ya!

Financial Aid has a tendency to screw people over, unfortunately. I have a friend who's also having issues with the Financial Aid at her school.

In regards to Stage 6 (Taste of Teriyaki) of Um Jammer Lammy, there's just something about that stage...I remember I would always have difficulty with it, whether I was using Lammy or Parappa. That's why I was so surprised when I got the COOL rating, and finished with it.

I see. When I last played Stage 6, I seemed to figure out what it took to get a COOL rating, but it seemed difficult to stay in COOL for most/all of the song. This is even more so when trying to use those special patterns that they show you before the stage starts.

You know what, I'm gonna go play right now.

They completely fucked up the final editing where they had to fit three episodes in one just to make way for the return of Millionaire. It's not coming back for a third series, I reckon. And I believe Cathy's team lost one advantage game which was cut, which they won the next game (shame they cut it, seeing as it was the only second game win by a team who had lost the advantage game.

I find both of them to be crappy companies. They both make crappy hardware. I remember seeing a Tiger Woods Golf AC game made by EA and Global VR at D&B for over a year. Most of the time it was off due to "some hardware problem". Those words actually scribbled on a sign.
