The song Sync on DDR Extreme has the artist name as 'OutPhase', but when I put my friend's Extreme AC nonstop megamix CD in my computer, it said the artist was 'Out of Phase.'

The start of Miracle Moon on Ultramix 3 is different to the Extreme version.

That's because it's grabbing the data from the internet. When a disc has multiple matches, it just picks one of the sets of data and a lot of them have typos and incorrect information.

Hmmm, does anybody know if there are other DDR songs from other Konami franchises (outside of Bemani) featured in the game besides the ff?

I'm not sure if Gradiusic and Leading Cyber would count.

They are both from Gradius...I believe they are tribute songs.//Also Time Hallow is another one of the Songs outside of Bemani...//

Salamander and special energy might be two more songs that may count. I'm not even sure about The Earth Light
Edit: More possible candidates
Back-to-Back (Exor mentioned months ago that it may be a MGS remix as it appears in the crossover section in Ultramix4)
Akumajo Dracula Medley (castlevania?)
Gyruss (not sure if this is a tribute song or a remix of a tune)
Brilliant Red (Rumble Roses)
The SPirit of Hawk (Rumble Roses)
The Imperial Carnival (Rumble Roses)

I'm not sure about the song, but wasn't the background image of R3 a nod to a really old Konami game?

Gradiusic Cyber was actually sound effects DJ Taka added to the Gradius 1 video from the Gradius Deluxe Pack for JP PSX.
And yes, the Japanese versions of Castlevania once used Akumajo Dracula as the title
(Akumajo Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight = Castlevania: Symphony of the Night).
The game seen in the Bloody Tears vid is Castlevania: Curse of Darkness.

Trust from SuperNOVA 2 is featured in the anime series Gurren Lagaan, and Polovtzian Dances and Chorus in the Japan-only RPG "OZ."

OH! Did not know that. (See, that's the kind of thing I'm not caught up on yet...)
R3's BG does remind me a bit of the hallway scenes from Contra, though.

I just post 3 simple things. I hope they haven't been mentioned...
roppongi EVOLVED ver. D's album art is slightly different than other roppongis. The text "roppongi EVOLVED" as slightly vertically off, and the "city" is different (again, slightly).
and, it seems that un deux trois' video is early by half a beat (roughly).
L'amour et la liberte (DDR ver.) is one song (if not only) that has kinda broken chart that's yet to be fixed (well, it's funner this way, but still frustrating).

I don't think the chart is actually broken. It follows a really quiet rhythm (you can hear it with head phones). I think the rhythm choice is completely by choice.

Yes, most of the song it was, say, bump bump bump bu-bump. (note: blue-yellow-red-yellow-yellow)
but sometimes it will go off like bump bump bu-bump bu-bump (blue-yellow-red-blue-yellow-yellow)

Not a song in the series, but a remix of a character song for Yoko, performed by her voice actress, Marina Inoue.Quote: silenttype01
Back-to-Back (Exor mentioned months ago that it may be a MGS remix as it appears in the crossover section in Ultramix4)
Akumajo Dracula Medley (castlevania?)
Gyruss (not sure if this is a tribute song or a remix of a tune)
Brilliant Red (Rumble Roses)
The SPirit of Hawk (Rumble Roses)
The Imperial Carnival (Rumble Roses)
Gyruss is an old game from 1983 (yes, it predated Gradius). Akumajo Dracula Medley (castlevania?)
Gyruss (not sure if this is a tribute song or a remix of a tune)
Brilliant Red (Rumble Roses)
The SPirit of Hawk (Rumble Roses)
The Imperial Carnival (Rumble Roses)
I didn't know Brilliant RED was featured in Rumble Roses.
Back-to-Back was from Metal Gear Acid 2. Here's the original.
Akumajo Dracula (Demon Castle Dracula) is the original Japanese title for Castlevania.
