Updated the news banner effects on the front page, banners now slide out and in. Only the first banner is loaded at first, subsequent banners are loaded automatically after 7.5 seconds or if you click on a news banner button.

Not quite right there. 
I've also fixed the site for Opera. Apparently decimal percentage widths have the decimals dropped completely so there'd be a leftover gap on the right all the time due to panels not taking up the full width.

This probably needs to be replaced with something else telling the person reading it to PM an admin or something.

You can now view your Sent PMs, provided the other end hasn't deleted it already.
PMs that get deleted from now on will only get marked deleted rather than actually removed from the database, otherwise the Sent PM thing won't work.

Another point, anyone who enters bad data into the arcade locations area will have that permission revoked.
Bump: Huge two week countdown for IIDX18 Resort Anthem, enjoy!
Bump 2: I have fixed a whole bunch of IE6 related bugs:
1. The count down image no longer blocks the entire ZIv logo via a PNG fix.
2. The drop down menus on the top should now work as intended. All menu options now show up properly and no height bugs.
3. Fixed the horizontal rules in the Arcade Locations "Last 20 Updated" being too tall except for the first one.
Let me know if I've broken anything else by "fixing" the site for that buggy POS browser.
