I meant how to get titles like newcomer or superstar. I know this is linked to how well I play, but I would know how to get those. But maybe I'm wrong, so if that's the case, I apologize for my mistake.

Hmm, some foot ratings changed. Red Zone, Gamelan De Couple and Innocence of Silence most noted. And Arrabbiata, too.

Arrabbiata is a given. I don't think the others quite break the 8/9 threshold though, so I wonder if they got slightly different charts.

Actually, I might know. In DDRX, they were all rated 12. Maybe each song's new foot rating was defaulted to be a specific one. For example, 12-13 footers = 9-footers in this version. Since they were all 12 footers, they'd be 9 feet.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this before, but there are absolutely no problems with sync either. I AAA'd Arrabbiata for the first time on my first attempt. This interface might be ugly, but at its core lies a perfectly-synced and smooth-like-butter game. I'm really happy right now.

I'm sure the DLC is going to be amazing, but...judging from the money i have at the moment to the money i might be getting over the year, i'm just going to hold off getting this DDR for now, until either i have enough to buy it/get it as a gift/they announce a new, BETTER LOOKING PS3 version...which is doubtful :/

I just wish they'd use the 18 point scale. It would really help. Not sure why they refuse to.

But even if these songs are all old, I'm not sure why people are unhappy; having all these songs on one game is reason enough to get the DLC, not to mention a few of those songs haven't been off PS1 in North America, and that means they haven't had a decent frame rate.

Could just be that more DLC was expected from the fans who waited, but you're right that the songs available are great and in my personal opinion have brought a little bit more life to this game. After a while, it felt stale playing the same few songs over and over again, but now that there is a larger selection to choose from this DDR feels more fulfilling, or some thing like that

So far the DLC is on track to make this the best game Konami's put out in a while, especially in the US. I'm relieved and impressed with Konami, this was a very nice opening volley. I only hope that when they get around to ULTRAMIX we get to see Midihead, Alien Six, Zonk, Jondi & Spesh and all those other awesome indie artists.

Actually a very nice set of DLC, I'm impressed. Nice prices on them as well. If only we had this on the X2 AC interface...Ah well.

id get this game but im still a bit iffy on the lack of a judgement scale for most of the song

the rest of the game looks great idk why people complain

I'm satisfied with the DLC but not the way it was implemented. There are some songs I got that I don't even want, but other than that I can't wait to see what the put in this folder.



If we're lucky we might actually get some new songs and I hope they involve all the EVOLVED songs in the next DLC release. If not then at least give us the MAX series.
