i'm looking for the following Okinawa players, hopefully they post on this board as well. I just want their DDR codes so i can add them to my rival list. these were the only names i found in the ranking boards, i've seen more but their names were not in there.

Does Anyone Have an explanation on why i dont have the music videos on DDR X US CS?
Are the only JP CS and ARC exclusive

No, they're in X US CS. Maybe yours is pirated.

Why would pirating change anything? They're freaking .isos of the disc.

There is an option to turn the videos off and have dancers only I believe.

The videos should be on there. Try playing Saber Wing or Horatio on a difficulty other than Challenge. Otherwise, check the options, there could possibly be a option to turn off videos. I haven't checked though, so there might not be one.

There is an option, and yes on X CS US Saber Wing, Horatio, all those songs have their own unique music videos. If they're not playing:

A) You have them turned off in the Options - Video Options (something like that or graphics) section.
B) You are playing the song on Challenge (which only shows lightning in the BG)
C) Your DDR X CD is scratched, I have found that when a DDR CD is scratched or sometimes if using a burned copy, when it fails to load an FMV the background will become static, or in DDR SN-2-X's case, show the dancers.

Only if it's a shock arrow chart. In fact, if you're playing any shock arrow chart, it will have the lightning BG. Venus, Saber Wing AIHM, etc. still display their normal videos on Challenge, Trigger, Pluto, etc. still show the dancing arena, and Dance Celebration, Waiting 4 u, etc. have the lightning BG.

This is apparently the RED ZONE edit that is available this week, done by this guy I guess. It looked OK until...what the heck was he thinking at 1:14?!

Like I said. I didn't like that Red Zone edit.

I don't hate challenging edits but so far almost all the hard edits on the weekly edits suck.

To me it's all about flow. None of these have a flow to them requiring you to make difficult turns or double steps. Not fun for me.

Wonder whats going to be unlocked today... kinda hoping for Drill Course 10.

He was thinking, "The steps here should have the same rhythm as the main melody.". Not uncommon among people with the skill to perform those steps. He placed them as crossovers as a way of emphasizing the energeticness of the music with steps that require more energy to perform, while still allowing the player to face the screen. Makes sense to me.
