It was rated 8 in CS X2 US, and it should have stayed that way. I'm not sure why it's a 10, it is by far the easiest 10 (though Malacca is also extremely weak).

I still can't understand why Make it Better is a 12, which can be 5x with not so big deal step jumps, and PARANOiA an 11 and Trip Machine a 10.

I thought the jacks for PARANOiA and the overrall speed makes it more difficult than Make it Better. Trip Machine rating is fine and I think Make it Better should be a 10 as well.

Speed has NOTING to do with it. I find step placement is everything.
Take a look at Unreal compared to MAX 300. I find Unreal harder just because of the way the jumps are put in there. MAX 300 is just a stamina drainer. That's it.

Paranoia isn't that bad, Trip Machine's step placements with the spins can mess you up, and Make it Better is only hard on the step jumps.
That's my input on this matter.

I think that, since Konami rates their charts based on lack of speed mods (which proved why Bag was a 10 and now a 13, when it should probably be an 11, especially with mods), they thought that since the notes were close together in Make It Better, it should be a 12. Either way, not brutal at all, should be a 10 or so. The jumps aren't too bad, and they're pretty easy if you get the rhythm down pretty well.
I wouldn't really mind 12-footer oni steps, though.
EDIT: When you say speed is nothing, do you agree about Your Angel being a 10? I would have rated it a 10 if it were 30+ BPM slower, but since it's 175, it should probably be an 11.

What made it 8-footer material? That's what I'd like to know. I believe that it's 10-footer material new scale until I get an acceptable answer.
