I really just don't like the mashup style chart it has - clearly a lot of the finesse of the audio is lost. I don't care if it's harder or easier, but it would fit the song better.

I agree with that, an alternative chart (like a chart) would be useful in this case, one that flows better with the audio instead of being difficult for the sake of being a boss song.

Of course, I only hope for a good chart w/ no shock arrows.

Considering we haven't had a boss song with a shock chart in this mix, it may very well happen. I could see it in TM Evolution and Paranoia Revolution particularly as part of the vs. thing. Just hoping it isn't just a pluto the first type chart where it's a stripped down chart.

Possibly for Tohoku EVOLVED.


Since when did 2nd MIX feature charts? Never.
If/whenever those two get ported to the X3 side, then there might be a possibility of . (maybe will finally have freeze arrows.)

hmm, not quite what I originally thought of, but yes, something akin to MAX2. I can already picture a more sensible chart for PARANOiA Revolution without forcing gimmicky shock arrows.

It hasn't been officially confirmed, but we can probably say that yes, he has left Konami, not sure of the reasons (only one being that he is pursuing much grander things for his band/himself) but yeah...

Why can we "probably" say anything? We have no confirmation of anything either way. Someone just noticed a change on his Facebook. As a counter, notice how he's still on the Artist page of the BEMANI Fan Site.

But that's not a clear indicator of anything, that's just saying that he's still listed as an artist on the Fan site.
As for me, i'll wait for an official announcement from Konami, or another status update from NAOKI.

Why do I got a feeling that if there is a challenge chart for Revolution, it'll be a mix of the Paranoia X-specials, Hades oni, VDO, HDV oni, and the RDA 18 trio?

If that happens, at least they should make a good job with the stepchart rather than just putting the arrows as they want. IMO, I prefer a new stepchart for Revolution
