The original chart forces that kind of foot placement, so I forgive it. It's just a little weird, not bad, not great though. Also ridiculously misrated.

The Kakumei (X-Special) seems interesting. What was awkward about it to me was that it was mostly 8th note beats, and I'm not sure it worked well for it.
Personally, I'll stick to my edit. It has a high FC.

Regardless, I agree with what AceJay says. It's still a beta build, the timing lags a tiny notch, and there's not really all that much in the DDR X section unless you really want to play Koko Soko and Poririzumu. The only boss songs available are On the Break, Saber Wing, and Horatio. The machine doesn't really have anything that either of the CS versions don't already offer right now.
On top of that, it's STILL on a SN Dedicab where the up arrow on the first player side occasionally decides to crap out on you unless you put weight on it.
Not really much to look forward to, really.
