So I had a dream last night regarding beatmaniaIIDX17 SIRIUS...

I was playing the game, and I was on the 3rd stage, which is the typical Final Stage. Of course, since this was a dream, my skill was a lot better than in reality, because I played "Red, by Full Metal Jacket" on ANOTHER, and I got a AA. However, after the song ended, something strange was starting to occur. It faded to the Results Screen as usual, however, there was no applause. It was just the sound of the score cycling around. Right after that, a song started playing, which was "Bonafidekilla (Drop the Lime Megamix)" by Math Head. As it began playing, the words "GET READY FOR THE FINAL" appeared and the results screen slowly divided and brought me to a dark screen. The turntable and 7 keys appeared one by one, as well as the Groove Gauge, but it was doubled up to 200% on the HARD modifier. The overall frame was still completely black, and immediately after the title card finally faded in and out, the gameplay began. Every time I successfully hit the notes, the frame would light up and react to the music in different colors, and the video was like this very strange acid trip, as well as monster, and even though it wasn't told to me, the goal was to kill this monster, similar to how the MILITARY SPLASH songs work. After the song ended, the monster in the video screen shrieked in pain, signifying that I destroyed it, the gameplay frame just broke apart, and the next screen that came up said, "YOU HAVE REACHED THE END OF BEATMANIA IIDX. THANK YOU FOR PLAYING", then the whole game just shut off. It was all...very...very strange...

This is the song, by the way, that I was "playing". And yes, it was the ENTIRE song length that was being used in the game.

I had a dream the other day (about 2 days or so) about a gift from a friend I knew for a long time.
I tear the gift wrap open and find out it's DDR 09.
Thrilled because I haven't got a gift in so long I open the PS2 and give it a try. (I was really excited...IDK)
The title screen came and all and it was interesting because it was just like reality...I felt everything.
The song wheel was about to appear and then my it starts to rain. Thunder and all roam free. Lightning strikes like crazy.
A power surge or a black out.
I am left in anxiety to unlock everything and try it out because I waited so long for that moment.
I was left there bored.

I got my first FPC yesterday on Slip Out on Heavy from DDR X!... Unfortunately, I didn't get a vid, although I did get a pic of the results screen (which I have yet to upload onto the computer... >_>). I'm happy now.

If your talking about Silent Hill, that game invented the word MINDFUCK. You never know what your seeing is even real, and the dark and disturbing history of just about anyone remotely involved with the town really puts the player on edge. My friend and I are recording a run of the game using a wlakthrough (we have never played it before, and once we ran around for literally an HOUR AND A HALF without knowing what to do). I'll post a youtube link once its up.

I just realized something. I know some of you probably won't agree with this, but since DDR X was made to have an urban theme, as well as a bit ghetto (thanks to the announcer), I feel like Konami should've asked Toshiba EMI if they could still use songs from the Dancemania BASS albums because a lot of those songs would fit well with the urban/ghetto theme.

And I know a lot of the songs from the Dancemania BASS series may seem nonsensical, but it's no lie that a lot of them, especially the Booty Bass tracks, are irresistible to dance to.

Konami made the pads ghetto to make up for the lack of ghetto in the rest of the game.
