I say keep this thread and ban JunkoXXX. Using that slur is unacceptable as is, but telling someone who was suffering from depression to commit suicide is way over the line. They were teammates too, so if Junko didn't know that, then that lends credence to Sig's claim that he was ignored by the team at large...

NOTE: I know Junko doesn't speak for nor represent the project's leadership, so I rephrased that last part a bit.

I'm not in charge hun, honestly. This is unnecessary. You could have dm'd me a response than spam the forums.

I would like to state for the record that even though what I said about the project is true and that it isn't worth working on anymore, Marten, Dream and pretty much anyone else working on it aren't represented by Junko right now. Despite my disagreements on where they're taking this, I don't believe they would tell Sig to end himself.

Sorry to Sig and Quickman, Sig especially, for having to put up with that, you're not in the wrong, and even if you were, you don't deserve being told to end yourself. I know you're angry beyond description but I hope you feel better soon.

Honestly I don't feel so great adding Double charts to this game after what happened in the last 24 hours. Let's hope this blows over in about 3 days, when I plan to start working on them again.

Just back to clarify some things. Aside from Junko who told Sig to kill himself, I don't find any of you to be bad people. Yes, I'm mad about how the song team were treated during their time on this thing (and I'm mad about Marten screenshotting a full private conversation and sending it to Skype in hopes of garnering sympathy from people who don't know the context behind the situation), but it's water under the bridge now. I don't really care about SN3 as a thing anymore as a result of both personal beef with someone behind the scenes and disagreeing opinions on the project as a whole. If I can't do what I want to do, I will not spend months trying to help. My opinions on this thing are irrelevant to most people and thus I'm not going to give them any more. Just so the people in the cheap seats can get the point, I am officially done with DDR SuperNOVA3. And before the inevitable "take your ball and go home" comment, I'm not requesting Apollo's removal just for the sake of it being removed. I'm doing it because I'm uncomfortable having my name - my real name, no less - associated with something like this. Take that as an insult if you want, it's not the intention but anything that makes it more easy to process. I never originally knew that this would be "accuracy over good design". Yes, you're trying to make something accurate to the arcade games of the time, but if that means compromising the integral quality of the game, I don't see it as anything more than a dumb idea. Again, take that as an insult or not, whatever you wish.

I wanted to make something the best it could be and that just isn't the point of the project, so I quit. I disagree with the main point of this entire theme, so obviously there's nothing in it for me by staying and actually working for the people in charge. I don't even know how this many people actually wanted to work on something with such an obtuse goal, but I'm rambling now. I wish the team the absolute best of luck on this. Honestly, I think Inori and tertu are insanely talented and their work on this to make it as good as it is compared to what it once was has been insane. Sadly, it wasn't in the cards for me to be involved. See you.

Marten, I implore you not to think that just because I got heated at you, that I don't care about you and that I think you're a bad person. I simply just do not see working together actually going well. It's not what I want to do. You're a great person just making something that I no longer have interest in.

Oh, and if you invite Junko to the ZIv Discord, both he and whoever invited him will both be banned. I'm not putting up with "lol kill yourself".

Anyway, the conflict hopefully is resolved. The project is certainly still in motion, and the songs should be released very soon. I can't wait to release everything and I hope you are excited too! Until then...

Here to quickly let you guys know that the conflict has been resolved. The only people who left are JunkoXXX and Oni-91.

apollo is still in the songlist. Flow (Unique's Direction Mix) has been lowered to a standard Konami original. Sigrev2's very own Europa will be a new boss song for SN3. X-scale support will be added to the theme. Stay tuned for more!
