I'd say an even tie. They both have exactly one retardedly unfitting section (B4U's jackhammery happy scramble towards the end, VDO's 800 bpm section), and otherwise are pretty fitting.

I don't get why VD oni has not so many votes (well, different tastes ^^).
Meh 240 bpm streams ain't that bad right ?
Same for the last useless speedup that force you to play the song in x1.5 or learn the end.
Not even talking about all the jumps in the charts especially near the end in a middle of a stream section.

On the other side, we have the naughty voltage special. Well, that's not really good (especially a part that we all remember). It sucks but it doesn't kills any kittens like VD oni (seriously, that first 19 on single is terribad :/).
PS : I like the other VD chart (except the last speedup, useless). Even the beginner 9 feet that was debatable for some seems great, probably a beginner chart that i'll try if i can someday.
