Let It Out

I need to let out some steam. I'm kind of angered and sad a bit that no one looks(if not look download) my simfiles much or look at the threads here much. I'm tired of grinning and bearing it. I want to blame it on me being anti-social, but idk. Maybe I'm doing somethimg totally wrong. Also I'm having tough time letting the person I'm going with. Living in a city where the closest DDR or ITG2 machine is over 30 miles from me with no one to take me. One of my friends is getting on my nerves calling DDR crap everytime i bring it up to our other friend. This pressure of this ACT test next week is harsh. I have to take it for like 5 hours!! Its like im one of the most positive people and the world but i get negative things happening to much. I'm stuck in a loop! Sorry for ranting. I just had to get that out.

And yeah, I'm pretty pissed at the fact that my YT videos aren't getting views or comments, but I know I shouldn't complain.

My friends aren't quite interested in DDR as much as I am either, which sucks because I was thinking about starting a DDR club in my area someday and it would be nice to work on that with someone.

@Pandemonium X: Basically the only thing I've watched on CN is Scooby Doo, and even that was a long time ago lol. I now watch National Geographic and the Discovery Channel mostly, and sometimes Fox if Family Guy is on.
Speaking of Discovery Channel, NEVER watch their show "A Haunting." I tried it a few times, and the third time it gave me nightmares.

I thought of the club idea too because there are a number of people who are interested in it in my school. But i wouldn't know where to start lol.

I cant even watch what they call Nickelodeon now. Its terrible to me. And CN.....that changed alot but in gud and babd ways. Maybe i have to get use to the change since i just got cable back. I haven't had it since 2004. lmao.

I still watch cartoons on CN, Nickelodeon (I also watch non-animated shows like iCarly) and Disney Channel (Totally Spies!, and some series like Hanna Montana). I don't really see myself as childish by still watching cartoons, but some people think as such (my dad).

Computers Rule: In some cases, you're better of not letting a lot of viewers watch your vids, especially if they have sensitive content (some songs, etc.). And it took a lot of months for my earlier vids to reach 1000 views.

That's why you don't only concentrate on one thing. If you look at my videos, I have not only DDR/Stepmania, I have Left 4 Dead, which was EXTREMELY popular around Christmas. It's died down since, but I'm getting twice as many views, which wasn't that much in the first place.

Pandy, Chewphoria and I have been through there. It's not about you being anti-social. To the rest of this community, you're pretty new despite the time you registered. I may even think I'm the only one that remembers you! So don't worry about no one looking through your stuff yet. Just keep on advertising the category and you'll slowly but surely get more recognition from the members of this site. It also helps if you advertise your stuff in other sites, thought I'm pretty sure you already do that.

Yep, things have definitely changed since 2004 lol. They've put on some of the most retarded shows in the world, like the Naked Brothers Band. I can't stand them!
At least some of the good old shows are still there, like Drake & Josh, SpongeBob, and probably Jimmy Neutron is still on too.

EDIT: iCarly isn't that bad either, but I don't watch it that often.

Oh ok, so today i go to the "grand tournament" right? And guess what? THE LADY FORGOT THE DDR X DATA! >_< This basically meant no challenges...just free play.

BUT the ladies that were in charge of the "challenges" said "you know what? forget the data, let's just go with one challenge" so then they consulted me for a challenge, they told me to pick the hardest song in the game and they would have to get the highest score on for that song in order to win the challenge. At the moment, i said the "hardest song" would have to be Xmix1 (only because it is more than 1:20 long and stuff). So i decided to sign up for the challenge (when i mentioned my name to the lady, she told me "*gasp* i've heard about you..." and in my head i was all "lolwut?" Pretty much, she knew/knows me from last year's tournament).

I felt REALLY bad for everybody who tried the challenge, pretty much the first round it was me and one of my friends from school (who is from my DDR Club).I was the ONLY one who got a AA on the song, while the rest got B's C's, or E's

Sooo afterwards, i won the challenge, they gave me a $10 gift card for Best Buy, a card for Chipotle good for a burrito (a REALLY good mexican-type restaurant), a rubber ducky, and that one guitar hero wristband game that you get from the cereal boxes.

...and that was it, i told the lady that it was great, it was fun, and hopefully they will do this again next year (i have only one more year to participate on the events, after that i won't be considered a "teen" anymore). I mentioned that this year they would release DJ Hero and Scratch which involved DJing and stuff, all she told me was to let her know when the games come out and she will talk to her higher ups to plan out the next tournament...

...Why a Rock Band tournament? She told me that it was an "experiment" just to see what drew the teens to the tournaments, she says that they will report this to their higher ups and basically plan it out more for the next tournament, so a DDR tournament next year may not happen...again...but maybe GH and RB may happen and who knows? DJ Hero might get it's shot on there >_>. What do i plan to do with the $10 gift card? Buy SuperNOVA, after that i will have all DDR US PS2 games (excluding Disney Channel edition...i don't like it )
