Hey guys. Sorry for taking too long. Did I keep you waiting?

Sorry for taking a pretty long time. Actually, there is a... problem on my side just now. But don't worry! It wasn't a big deal, though!

Anyway, congratulations for anyone who make it into VIP room. You did a great job for making an interesting entry. And as for the non-qualifying contender, you also did a great job too. Don't be sad about that. There are some files that I like from you all.

Okay, time for the first VIP theme, right? Let's do some warm-up, everyone. But this isn't gonna be easier (maybe).



Well, here it is!


Well, that's pretty simple theme. Anyway, you can choose any theme combination like:
- Summertime + Olympics Rings + ZIv Academy VII (you can do collabagain!)
- Long Distance + Chaos Theory + You Won't See This In DDR VI

Also, doing all theme combinations is impossible since there's a theme that's contradict each other (Retro Week 2021 and Long Distance since well, freeze arrows), but you can do the 9 themes combinations if you like.

Questions? Clarification? Dinner? Bath? Roast on me? Just hit me up at the PM.

Anyway, feels like my partner didn't make it. And I feel like kind of... lonely here.

Not to sound like some kind of salty sore loser, but yeah that's what I'd like to know. Virtually the only input I get is from t7r, other than that I have no idea what anyone actually thinks of my files. I get Kowloon's gimmicks were nutty and Nobody was... Nobody, but other than that I'm clueless.

Finally I made another chart for this contest that are not 15+. And a VTuber music from Nijisanji. Honestly this is such a banger I already planned to chart for week 9, but I didn't manage to finish this so.... Week 1 VIP.

This is a 13, but beware of various techs like footswitching, forced doublestep using freeze arrows (because using mines doesn't sit well on me), spins, and bracket crossover is this a real tech? pls tell me.

I'm ready to get dunked lmao.

VIP time once again, and it's time to get serious:


From the rhythm game Arcaea.

The idea here is redemption for Chaos Theory, reliving the fun of Long Distance, and casually checking off the Reverse Scrabble box too. Though chart-wise this could possibly satisfy the YWSTIDDR requirement too. As in, this is an SM5 file, play it accordingly!

Anyway, this should satisfies the following requirements:
- Olympics Rings
- Reverse Scrabble
- Long Distance
- Chaos Theory

Apologizes for my questionable song choice. That song is catchy for no reason.

This song checks off all the easy boxes like
- Over 40 beats of freeze
- Over 50 chaos
- Low Scrabble score

And then a big H for honorable mention for a few that are a bit debatable
- You really wouldn't see this in DDR since it's from DJMAX
- Has some VOX effects that someone somewhere in the world may classify as scatting
- Technically nanairo is kinda like nijiiro which means rainbow and that rainbow probably has some of the colors of... yeah nevermind.

So... yeah. Feels a little awkward doing this when out of the VIP room. However, I did say I will be providing the theme regardless. My schedule has been a bit of a wreck. I had to FREEZE in traffic due to an accident. There was a lot of CHAOS on the highway, but the police were able to get things flowing in a nice STREAM. Regardless, it was good to get some fresh AIR, and also a new phone as the old one wouldn't receive a hint of VOLTAGE as the battery wanted to die...

...wait a minute.


For this week, you can step any song you'd like again. However, you must have ALL groove radar values above 40. You can get as crazy as you like with them.

And if you don't know much about the groove radar, a quick run down:

STREAM measures the amount of notes
VOLTAGE measures density of notes in certain areas
CHAOS measures off-beat notes (you should be familiar with this from Week 5)
AIR measures the amount of jumps/hands
FREEZE measures the length and amount of freeze arrows (from Week 4)

That's right. We're going hard on all the values this time.
