Well THIS is a first in this game! You have the power now to invite back a player of your choosing to take part in the round. You HAVE to pick someone, and they will be eligible to win the round. However, they will not be able to place a bomb in. It can be whoever you wish, not just someone who was in this same round. Remember that selecting them will not displace them from the round order, so if they bomb and are in the rotation to appear next round, they will reappear next round, too.
