Whoa, chill Silverhawke, don't have to be a dick. Cool it.
Is a CS DDR game in the months following the AC release possible? Sure. Probable? I'd say no. The CS team seems to have been effectively disbanded, so it'd be back up to the AC team to handle CS releases, and they're pretty busy with the upcoming AC release.

As for CS releases, eh...just play it by ear.

If they were to make a new CS game, I'd love for it to be on the PS3. Easier updates, online ranking, score tracking (like e-amusement but you don't need a card considering it's on your console hard drive), and HD graphics. Plus, no region lock I believe, so it would also be good for the American market to have easier access to a new Japanese DDR game. But yeah, I'm getting off-topic, and very unlikely. The only possibility I can see from this is because this is the "last" arcade game, so eventually a CS version should come? However, I'll always keep my hopes up high and just wait for them to be crushed.

Last PS3 version: DDR New Moves
Next PS3 version: DDR Ever-So-Slightly-Newer-Moves
...or not.
But yeah, I'm hoping that at some point, they release a CS version of this upcoming DDR or even DDR X3 vs 2nd Mix (maybe they didn't release a CS version of it because they had trouble licensing the 2nd mix songs or something). I hope the interface for this upcoming version looks nice

We already got three different forks of DDR that went HD. One is being taken seriously. The other two were either god awful and dropped like a hot potato or great but lost support anyways for no explicable reason. Either or, DDR is not one of those games that needs HD to be great at what it does.
If there is ever a new console game in any region, it will be for the Wii U.

But how? Are there any controller ports on the Wii U for a dance pad?
And how would they implement the gamepad controller?

Two USB ports, two front, two rear.
Though, they could just do the "plug a Wiimote into a dock connected to the pad (hooked on a wire from the control box) and use the wireless from there" thing like the Classic Controller"

Back in the time of DDR 2ndReMIX CS, all of the 2ndMIX licenses (not including 1stMIX's) was there. They're even in 3rdMIX CS, so that's not a reason.
anyway

CS will come out when they say it will, like anyone on ZIv has a better idea of a release date
once again I must repeat that they said sales amount doesn't justify a new CS.
and this thread is slowly going to the "CS DDR Speculation Thread" direction. The truth hurts sometimes.

Actually, 2nd ReMix and 3rd Mix CS only had the KOs from previous games, no licenses.
The Dreamcast version of 2nd Mix DID have all of the 1st Mix licenses though.

I'll contess to that!
If they are having problems with the licenses, worse case senario would be we would wind up with a Konamix version of 2nd mix and if thats the case they might as well throw in the X-Specials from DDR X for good measure, seeing that we only got the Groove Radar Specials in X2.

If the ZIV database is correct, that would be a whopping 5 songs (INCLUDING the boss songs). X3 doesn't have all of the 2nd Mix KOs, just the licenses.

X3 has the base KO and license set from the original 2ndMIX (minus STRICTLY BUSINESS and the original cut of HERO). Apart from that the only thing "missing" was the additional tracks from 2ndMIX LINK and the console releases.

For a CS game, a dance pad could be made the same way the Wii balance board was, to be honest.
