User Ratings

If there's the worry of them making lots of accounts for ratings still, Al could also make it so that users with <10 posts cannot give ratings either. While not fool-proof, it takes a sad person with a lot of effort to make lots of accounts, make 10 posts, and then give themselves a rating. it works as a deterrent at least.

Good point, plus this isn't really that important of a matter, we should all just better manage how we rate others on this site. I'm not pointing out anyone, but you know who you are, just be fair with how you rate users here

People have to rate you.
it changes because other people's ratings will affect yours if those people have rated you.

No, small changes can be a result of someone rating someone who has already rated you. As your rating determines how strong your ratings to other people are.

If your rating goes up bu 0.1, it means that somebody up rated someone who rated you up. The person who rated you's rating power went up by a little bit which causes yours to rise a little.
