Anyway, I'm loving the unlock of Gold Rush; great to see. I need to listen to Drop. I have had the mp3 for ages, but never listened to it. Seeing Rena unlocked was unexpected. It does feel very unified right now. We've got a taste from each console release

Nope, I would change it, and it would change for one page, then as soon as I went anywhere else it would revert back to the Gold Rush Theme.

Could be a cookie/browser issue? Are you blocking any cookies?

I have noscript, but, the problem seems to be fixed now.

I thought Dummy was unlocked in the last batch of unlocks?

I'm SUPER thrilled about this X2, Gameworks Tempe has tons of Japanese arcades...why couldn't they gotten X2!!!!

tempe, AZ? in the past 6 years that place hasnt had working pads once, why would you want THEM to get it? MGL or CnC would be better choices.

Holy crap this could be the best AC mix so far since SN2. Bring over 777, 100sec Kitchen Battle!!, Concertino In Blue, Vertical, Anthema, Space Space Shooter (Cusimo & Co. Remix), I Wanna Be Your Star (Speedy Mix), and Less Than Three (Ricardo Autobahn Remix), the latter two with videos, and I'll be a happy man.

COULD be? I think it is, even if they stopped adding songs right now, which I hope they don't.
PS. I thought Extreme was better than SN2.

More new content, less crossovers.
Yes.

I don't mind crossovers, but I'd love to see more crossovers from Bemani games other than IIDX (hell, I'd take some old-school beatmania crossovers). However, I'd like to see more content from the Xbox games on the arcade machines.

Anybody that denies that this is the best mix ever is a fool. More unlocks than any other mix, revived licenses, revived BeForU, a fuck ton of "cool" stuff (bag Oni? roppongi evolved ver D? Valkyrie Dimension? Gold Rush 3 versions?)

So are these 4 songs the only unlocks from this new Dance Party event?

And we still have much more to discover about the game! Until we get Mei unlocked, we'll know there is more!

The other day I said how lame it was that we only got IIDX's version of Gold Rush, without any DDR customization...boy how wrong I was. They weren't kidding when they told us all to "raise our expectations" a few weeks before X2's release.

I don't think so. Most likely the event will have new "panels" or whatever those things are called in a few days or when the event ends more songs will be unlocked.
