There has to be a way unlock the songs. if there isn't, DDR is next to dead.

I still don't think Konami's gonna let Betson get away with locking half the new songs. It wasn't SO bad with only boss songs missing in SN1, but this is ridiculous, half the cost of the upgrade is practically charity. And the fact Betson changed nothing and pushed back release?

I have a gut feeling that Konami is honestly pissed.

ITG and DDR are basically the same but too bad there aren't any ITG machines around where I live, at least that I know of. There was an ITG cab at the nearest Tilt but it was fucked beyond reason and got sold to someone else.

What is wrong with KONAMI? I bet that KONAMI thinks that us Americans are the minority of DDR arcades and feel that we don't need any unlocks. If that is true, then I would just flip them off.

I think al2k4 WAS talking about Betson there, actually. He says if Betson think's the majority of us don't know about unlocks, there would be no incentive to provide an upgrade.

He was talking about RYgon, there. Anyway, it's annoying to see people talk about Konami being fully to blame, without knowing the full reasons for this blunder. In fact, I've heard that people who do just that on BMS get infracted...but anyway, enough partial off-topic.

In any case, I'm fully aware that this is pretty much Betson's fault. I honestly wonder if they even know what Konami wants them to do sometimes since we all know that Konami has been pushing then to do e-Amuse since SN1.

I think it'll be successful here in the US. They just need the right marketing strategy for it to sell.

I got warned on BMS just for disagreeing with a mod. I use to go there for everything. Now I only go for simfiles and themes. Now I got DSL, I’ve been going to FFR for simfiles. And why did they change there bad ass red theme to that Fulgly blue and gray? That’s why I go hear now.;D

I got a "warning" for posting a "In before lock" message in a thread, though I had contributed information to it in the same post. Ah well, it's not as bad as an infraction and only stays on for a month.

Actually standard infractions last 3 months. :/

For disagreeing with a mod? Geez. Though I'm not really surprised at all.

The only thing I really do there is nab mp3s from simfiles and make my own simfiles to post on here.

I'm ready to write Betson a really nasty but formal letter.

It should be a default character right from the beginning.

CONSENT Be-fU, ALICE and DARK DANCER are ENJOY LEVEL unlocks.

We should have had PARANOiA Hades and CONSENT Fe-fU unlocked because those were in our home version.

Doubt it though, as the machines are apparently in it's initial Japan state right now...

I was wondering, Does anybody know the e-mail address for Betson or Konami? I'd love to let them know that almost everyone in the american DDR and bemani community(specially here) knows everything about SuperNOVA2, all the new songs, courses and everything else thats going on in Japan arcades. That their not hiding anything from us. We already know about everything. Konami and betson need to stop bulls#$%ing around about this and release a code to unlock the rest of the new songs for america. I mean C'MON konami. ENOUGH ALREADY. GIVE US WHAT WE WANT! The unlock code!. Is it too much to ask that konami make the US release as good as the japanese release. What was konami thinking not giving us E-AMUSE and the REST OF THE GODDAMN SONGS!!! I am just about =< this close to calling it quits with DDR, Konami and their affiliates and just giving up on them all together and forgetting about the NEXT BIG DDR GAME! Whew! That felt good to get off my chest. Anyway, sorry guys if i'm a little harsh, but Betson and Konami screwed up on this one, not releasing e-amuse or an unlock code to unlock all the songs in the US. All i gotta say is: They better release something good for SuperNOVA2 soon(Full unlock code), because konami/betson giving japan exclusive access to everything SuperNOVA2 has to offer and denying the North American release access to any of it isn't fair or nice, and makes both konami and betson look bad in the american DDR community. Now if the news gets worse and they tell everyone that their will be no unlock code released for the NA SuperNOVA2's out there, not only will that damage konami's reputation as a great company, but the DDR fan-base(over-exaggerating) will slowly collapse and soon be nothing. I need to prevent this from happening. thats why I need to e-mail them and explain to them that we know about everything SuperNOVA2, that their are very reliable sources reporting back from japan and telling us about whats going on with superNOVA2, whats being unlocked, and that we know the REAL, FULL songlist for the AC version. If anybody can give me feedback on this, i'd really appreciate it. I know i know, im over-exaggerating a few things and making a little, too big of a deal about this, but Konami and betson screwed up on this, and it must be corrected. And i will always be a loyal DDR and Bemani game fan. I'm just, deep down inside, really upset over this whole issue. I Don't Know, but if I did I would contact Betson right away and tell them that e-Amuse creates profit or just get an update disc to unlock all the songs in SuperNOVA 2!
