Start clearing default songs made by the artists of the unlock songs, that always works, unless that they had changed the unlock method.

The unlock criteria on DJ TROOPERS is very confusing at the moment as people are either getting songs on MILITARY SPLASH or they aren't, but here are my notes:
Getting the ending once will get you REPLAY.
Getting the ending three times will get you Saturn.
Getting the ending five times will get you BRAINSTORM.
Playing 2-KYU on CLASS MODE will get you SWITCH.
Playing 2-DAN on CLASS MODE will get you Rise'n Beauty.
Clearing all MILITARY SPLASH #1 songs and re-entering will get you ambushed by IMPLANTATION.
Getting one medal on MILITARY SPLASH #2 and re-entering will get you ambushed by fffff.
Getting two medals on MILITARY SPLASH #2 and re-entering will get you ambushed by Children's Sketchbook.
Getting three medals on MILITARY SPLASH #2 and re-entering will get you ambushed by Pluto.
Getting four medals on MILITARY SPLASH #2 and re-entering will get you ambushed by VOX UP.

i'm not too sure, but i think you need to AA all your stages with the sum difficulty being less than 21. (since apparently 21 gets you military splash?)i'm rather pissed off, since my ps2 decides to crash when playing LOTS of songs... flowers, shades of grey, saturn, paranoia, mirage residence, cannibal coast... loads more.
it can't be the disc since i have 2 backups...
makes playing the game really scary in case i pick a song that crashes and i end up losing scores.

I played a 4, a 5, and a 6 on Standard and AAd all three but I didn't get an extra stage. Maybe you need to meet an extra stage requirement as well?
Like play 3 songs and AA them all, and meet an extra stage req.
So clear an 8+, end a 7 with 100%, FC a 6 or whatever they are, y'know?

I'm pretty sure to ES requirements are the same in Gold. MS is possible without Time to Air, just don't AA all your songs, get your difficulty sum to 21 or over, and fulfill the normal ES requirements. If you want Time to Air without MS, just AA all your songs without random, mirror, autoscratch and 5 key, be sure your difficulty sum isn't 21 or over, and fulfill the normal ES requirements.

I'm getting a little frustrated.
I have 2 medals left to get: four pieces of heaven and Do it Do it. I can't seem to get the medals and I can't figure it out. I've hard cleared them both twice and it still won't give them to me. I'm going to be mad if it has to be a new record...
