Okay, I got both DDR I and II for Christmas today (well, guess which was the one I actually bought, and which one I personally bought), and I'm going to say something that will probably re-literate what has been said time-and-time again:
This is probably one of the more well-put-together DDR games in North America.
The licenses are actually danceable for once, and didn't feel like they were just picked out of a hat containing "songs teenage girls liked in the last few years." (Note, the only other CS game I've really played is Universe 3, so any other comparisons will most likely be against that.) The expert charts on some the licenses are actually pretty fun at times (Stripped, More Than Alive, and In My Head were probably the most fun out of what I've played so far), but still feel like they're missing something at times.
I have only really scratched the surface, but its unfortunate that this game is trying too hard to be the "definitive no-frills DDR" rather than the gimmick-laden games of past versions on the Wii. Its clear they're trying to recover from how much of a trainwreck DDR 2010 was by focusing their effort on just one good version on one console, but I still think they need to try harder. I actually kinda liked the choreography mode in it because it added a good new dimension to the game, and seemed like a perfect evolution of the motion-based game in Hottest Party 1-3.
If they just make a re-worked version of the Choreography mode with perhaps more possible moves and some Wii MotionPlus support, then polish it up and promote it enough to actually look like a real player in this market, then we might have something that could be a winner. But yet again, Konami, the innovator, is getting trampled on by the people it influenced, and being late for the party again. Rock Band and Guitar Hero rocked, Rock Revolution rolled into the trashbin. And now, with Just Dance and Dance Central taking over the world, Konami is falling flat.
Sorry for the long-winded rant, but that's just my 2 cents.

PEGI has answered my question about why the game got 16+ for violence.
This one single clip in More Than Alive / The Ready Set caused it:

For comparison, PEGI also gave CoD4 a 16. Basically now brutally murdering people for the sake of war, getting shot in the face by terrorrists and watching yourself die in a nuclear holocaust is on a level of offense with some douchebag who probably deserved it being punched in the face.

Did Konami change the DDR 2010 megamix banner to HP4 on this game (HP5 Europe)?

Yes they did. I believe they included the highly suspect game box cover too.

Oh, nvm. Although I only played it once and then removed it from my favourites so I never had to look at it again.

@al2k4: Hahahahahahaha
This is absolutely hilarious. Just one punch triggered a high rating. I really feel that the people working at these institutions are absolutely brainless. They just rated a harmless dance game equal to games with blood and gore. Congrats to them.
I seriously hate how paranoid they are all the time. That punch scene only lasts like what, 3 seconds, tops? What kid would seriously go "Oh hey I got an idea! I am going to punch someone too because I saw it happen during that brief clip!"?
I know some kids can be really stupid, but I think this decision is as stupid as that edit to the Trust video from SN2.

And with the fact that it ain't even full screen video. But they do have to pay attention to those kind of things.

3. Replicant D-action is not active when you complete DDR points.
Also, Zeniusへようこそ!

Does the Replicant D-Action songs appear in the song list when points are completed or they are not playable anymore

I think the answer is obvious.
Why would the game lock something when you've unlocked everything?

When you have all the points and unlock everything, Replicant-D-Action goes away and the songs are playable anytime.

On a related note, does anyone have (or can rip) a full-length lineout of the RDA background music? I love listening to it but I hate how it's impossible to hear after beating the game.
