How much did DLC cost for the Universe games? They'll more than likely price it the same for this game.

I Think it was roughly 800 Micrsoft points for the packs that they had for 10 songs (10 dollars) So about a dollar a song if you bought it in the bundle.
They had the songs in Megapacks or by themselves. The songs seperatly cost 160 MP a piece i believe.

Rock Revolution was $0.30 per song, Rock Band is currently $0.40 per song.

That wouldn't break my bank to bad... And man if rb dlc was 40 cents a song I would have all of them

I don't think anyone has ever paid more than 40 cents per song on Playstation Network, which is why quite a few Gameshare groups do indeed have all the songs.
There's no way we'll be paying Xbox Live prices for PS3 DLC. There'll definately be share groups on all the major forums, if not on ZIV as well.

I wonder if Flash in the Night and Follow Me will be DLC. That will be awesome because they can finally have official foot ratings.

I wouldn't bet on either of those songs showing up as DLC. The only Dancemania licenses I would hope for are BUTTERFLY, DUB-I-DUB, and BOYS as they appeared as DDR S+ DLC.

Or Hero and Get Up N Move, considering how they are other 2008 edits.
And maybe If You Were Here, Dam Dariram and Captain Jack for the same reasons as before.
It seems like Konami is trying to bring Dancemania back into DDR again, but in revival form only.

Universe Series DLC were 800MSP (10USD) for packs, 100MSP (1.25USD) per song. The only exceptions to that rule were "A Dream" and "Koibana" for Universe 3, which were free, and the Universe 1 and 2 Megapacks for Universe 3, which were 600MSP (7.50USD).They had the songs in Megapacks or by themselves. The songs seperatly cost 160 MP a piece i believe.

If I recall correctly, this is the Tutorial Mode song. Basically just a generic how to play loop-type song, nothing interesting. I think I could record it on Dance Off, but the music is cut up strangely in that mode.

No, it's just, a PS3 DDR with ~50 songs is pretty sad and pathetic when PS2 mixes from almost a decade ago were over 70, and one of the main appeals of a PS3 version would be DLC. Also since they clearly have a set of packs defined for S+, it doesn't seem like much more work would be involved.
