I don't think Europe will get e-AMUSEMENT in all fairness.
Oh btw, SP-TRIP MACHINE (X-Special) and PARANOiA MAX (DIRTY MIX) (X-Special) are both available today.

I like some of the new changes.
At first it was annoying, but, every song it tracks your score with a number under your combo. The number is small and will have a + or a - sign followed by a number. The number tells you if you are currently beating or losing by your old record. I'm pretty sure its like an instant replay of your previous performance.
Example if you start your song getting all marvelous like you did before it will just say 0. Then later if you still have marvelous but before you got a perfect it will change to +10.
besides that you can now save edits to your e-amuse card. Not sure if that was mentioned. I'll take some videos of the new features.
Also, for you rival, now in single play you can see all of their records next to the difficulty rating. again maybe this was already mentioned.

I think that is the one, just "in roulette" isn't displayed.

BEMANIwiki says it appeared in the 2ndMIX folder after the game put the cursor on SABER WING for the EXTRA STAGE. Don't trust my translation too much though. 
They also report that the TRIP MACHINE is the EXTRA STAGE this time; rated 11.
