It's... okay?
I mean, half of it is serviceable. Some pretty decent ideas throughout.
But the other half of it is just not good.
Unnecessarily complex patterns, trills stuck in freezes, metric ton of overcharting.
Basically, the chart is filled with bitch.
It gets a Mediocre/5.
Fingers crossed that the SaND chart slaps.
