There has been stuff for rivals in the game for a while, possibly since launch, but we couldn’t add them on the website. I was checking the other day and still couldn’t see a way to add them. If someone knows where that is, please say where because there’s a few people I would like to have as rivals.

Edit: I was checking my flare songs and saw there is a rival tab now that wasn’t there the other day. So I guess it is officially useable now.

Due to "various circumstances", シル・ヴ・プレジデント has been removed from DDR effective immediately (1:00 PM JST, which has passed).

Two songs will be added on October 3:
Akatsuki / PRIDASK (license, also appears on IIDX)
So What / PRIDASK (from DANCERUSH)

Sounds like a licensing issue, that didn't account for DDR's inclusion. Unless there is mention of SDVX and IIDX losing the license as well on their respective twitters?

Nope, it's only DDR. I even checked the pop'n and jubeat accounts, and they still have the license too.

New event WORLD LEAGUE announced. This event runs just like GOLDEN LEAGUE, except it is not exclusive to 20th anniversary model cabinets. Players who reach SILVER class will be able to play Time to HYPERDRIVE, by Savage States.

Does anyone know how DDR calculates the kcal burned?
After one of my sessions, it gave me the following information.
It only makes sense if it resets the calorie count around 900kcal

Total used calories: 1,129kcal
Reference food: Daifukumochi 235kcal (97%)

97% of 235kcal is 228kcal, not 1,129kcal

Altough it seems it either was changed later on or this information is error because it indeed rolls over on 900 kcal / Pork cutlet rice bowl.

The picture I have of 1,129kcal indeed shows a pork cutlet rice bowl in the bottom left of the results screen.
I can also confirm the game keeps track of more detailed information when calculating the kcal.

Of 36 games I logged last night, 19 were rounded down by 1%
