Did they just take the HP2 banner and add white bars to the top and bottom? Looks like DDR doesn't have a graphics team anymore either.

What's really sad is how EASILY filled in that space could be. The jacket/banner design is pretty simple.

I feel like 2014 exists only because they "promised" on the marketing material but didn't have any plans or content for it, so stole a few of 2013's KOs, moved a bunch of songs over to the new folder, and now there's some lonely dude selecting songs for this event to unlock HP stuff while our plucky sound director TAG makes songs for every other game.

Really don't like TAG being sound director right now. Feel like 2MB or Sota should be, at least they vary the sound of their own songs.

I'd think Yuichi would have a better grasp over this than Sota. He's been around for a VERY long time (DDR 1st Mix) and I think he deserves to be the head sound director of DDR at this point since TAG is too busy with Reflec Beat and Pop'n music.

It would make sense since FutureTomTom seems to be a failure at this point. I can tell because the game is obviously copying songs from DDR (even the crossovers as well) and no content that is actually new to the game.

Yuichi was in 1st Mix? I thought his first songs were La Senorita Virtual and Trip Machine Luv Mix.

AM-3P was by NAOKI. U1's first contributions were in, I believe, the 2nd ReMIX CS version, where he did MAKE A JAM!, PARANOiA KCET ~clean mix~, and LOVE THIS FEELIN', and possibly others.

I believe he was the sound director until X or X2. Also I just mentally +5'd myself for getting some DDR trivia right today.

Yeah Yuichi was the sound director for DDR before moving to Future TomTom. That game is neat concept, but DDR is on life support right now. We need something to happen. We need another crappy knockoff to show Konami we still want content.

You know this seems very likely, seeing how half of the songs are from the U.M.U × BEMANI event.

That is precisely why the score thing here is a joke. I played the crap out of ITG when it was first released, I even went to the national tournament, but as soon as Supernova was released I only played ITG for a short nostalgia burst or when its the only thing available. I actually want a decent R21 for personal use though.
