I was ONE good short of FCing MY SUMMER LOVE...and it wasn't even on the most difficult part! F***!!!

My friends made me talk about the girl I met at orientation. It was a sad reminder of my fatal mistake of not getting her number.

I played a TON of DDR yesterday, after having not played in ages (about a month). I was doing pretty okay, considering, but my legs were giving me hell (having not played heavily in a month). So this one lady's so impressed, she gives me all of her family's time cards when they leave. I'm like "Sweet" and I swipe them all a couple of times on the Extreme and SN2 machine. Great, right? Free credits for all, etc.

So I've got like ten credits in the Extreme machine and nothing to do with them (originally I was gonna play some challenge courses but I was tired enough by then to know that I wouldn't even get past Waka Laka in Happy Hardcore). So after beating someone's scores on one of the nonstop courses, I wanted to see my name on the scores list in the number one spot. But it wouldn't show it because there were still credits in the machine.

And the machine was not joint premium.

So you guys must see where I'm going with this.

Not only was that the most doubles I've ever played, I think that was the most I've ever played back to back without taking a single break. Also, Dam Dariram doubles? VERY different from singles. Just FYI.

As for singles... Aside from reclaiming my number one spot on one of the Extreme nonstop courses, I didn't really do anything that spectacular, I don't think. Although I do find it rather impressive that I still managed to beat these guys' asses on SN2 even when I was dead-ass tired from playing for so long, even if I did eventually resort to sexually harassing the bar...

So anyway, what's up with you guys?

Disney Quest ~Summer 09~

Just visited Disney Quest about 2 days ago when I left on vacation to find out a horror. (It was free though if you don't count gas expenditures...)
I go up the elevator and through some crowded halls.
I turn and find 6 ugly GH cabs.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I panicked because I was looking forward to dancing all day.
Suddenly I approach the other end of the room to find 3 dance cabs.
An ancient PIU Exceed 2
A lonely NX2
And a busted old SN2

I found out that they sold their old dance machines to purchase upgrades on the machines.
Wrong.
They went on to buy 6 dumb GH arcade machines and left the dance machines untouched.
The mechanic in Disney Quest suggested I try coming next week after he fixes it.
I wouldn't trust him for the world for he busted the pads when trying to fix it.
The sound for SN2 (Speakers)-I barely heard my song. I heard J. Hendrix playing but not Naoki.
The first player pad (SN2)
Up-It's alright
Left-Eh
Down-Eww
Right-It jams if you are trying to play something like the Legend of Max on

The second player pad (SN2)
Up-Fine
Left-Jams if trying to play PARANOiA ~Hades~.
Down-Occasional jam if playing something like Invention No. 13 from JSB ~Taka~
Right-It's decent

The PIU NX2 machine had some pad issues in that it was not in top shape, but it was definitely a better machine than I expected.
The pads were fine. You could actually play some Crazy stuff and pass with A's and what not.
Sound-It was bearable

The PIU Exceed 2 though was different.
Sound-POOR (I could hear the other 6 GH arcade machines and not Winter from Banya)
Pads...
Left pad-meh.
Right pad-puke.

The GH machines were pretty dull to sum those up.
And that concludes my wall of text. You are now free to roam somewhere else.

Last I checked it was just an abandoned machine (last visit). Off. T_T

Who buys 6 GH machines? I'd think an arcade would try to fix old machines to save money with the rough economy and all.

I'll tell you who! Bastards who own arcades who didn't like SuperNOVA2s and kept the SuperNOVAs and replace the machines with GH machines. BLAHHHHHHHHH

I can understand 1 or 2, maybe 3 if it's a big arcade, but 6?! Won't be long untill you have 4 X machines.

STILL NOT A REASON TO BUY 6!! Stupid Disney.

My theory is that the person making the decision didn't have to worry about profits and recieved some form of personal bribe to buy the machines.
