But whatever, this is some interesting news, because i was thinking TAG were the next one and also this were the last EE. The jacket looks pretty good, and considering how sulk and Megalara Garuda are, i have high hopes in this one

I think TAG's song was that collab with sota, or sterling silver (though it's a crossover, and the remix also still credits TAG as the artist)

Well, I believe TAG still hasn't made his original DDR song yet. He's the only artist that was announced in the "lineup" to not release an original song yet.

Edit: nevermind he had Hopeful along with Siota.

Also I'm pretty surprised we got an ES song from a new artist. The "Cosy Catastrophe" artwork reminds me of Museca's logo.

It's removed in the US release, along with the rest of the KAC DDR remixes. It's still in the Japanese version, however.

10th EXTRA EXCLUSIVE confirmed to this date at 10:00 JST (UTC+9)

5 KAC 2012 remixes are removed on US version due to NAOKI's departure. Still appear on JP/AS/KR versions.

Yeah, BRILLIANT 2U (AKBK MIX), KEEP ON MOVIN' (Y&Co. DJ BOSS remix), PARANOiA (kskst mix), PUT YOUR FAITH IN ME (DA's Twinkly Disco Remix) and TRIP MACHINE (xac nanoglide mix) are all licenses from the DDR 2nd mix anniversary OST made by Dancemania, and for that they are removed at least for the US

How does the legal stuff all work out, anyway? I mean, they're remixes by in-house artists or artist's who've worked on the IIDX series...

Very weird that both HuΣeR and SYUNN are the newest addition of Bemani artists and they already have their DDR Original songs while other members of beatnation RHYZE have yet to make one.

I have yet to see a DDR original song from OSTER Project, RoughSketch, PHQUASE, P*Light, Camellia and Hommarju. (DJ TOTTO already have 2 with Astrogazer and Happy Lucky Yeappy)

I won't be surprised if MarL will have a DDR original song first than the other members of beatnation RHYZE lol

Not all songs made by BEMANI artists always count as KOs. Half of Ryu and Kors K's works are not BEMANI-related at all. They were probably produced outside of KONAMI, or there is a specific contract stating how the song can be used

Also X3 was never released in America partly due to song issues regarding where the song can be used. (X3 has no western licenses at all besides the 2nd MIX ones, but Dancemania was involved and no US arcade mix had a Dancemania license through Toshiba-Emi besides DDR USA)

Those five remixes were commissioned by Toshiba-EMI rather than KONAMI, therefore are counted as licenses in DDR.

I should note that none of those remixes were made by in-house artists though, the only one that involves a former in-house artist is LOVE IS THE POWER Re:born (coincidentally the only one that is counted as a proper KONAMI original song).
