The Official DDR Accomplishments Thread (Read first post, NO STEPMANIA OR ITG)

Who cares? All that shit is extremely hard. I would surely red line when I play. Sometimes I am afraid to upload videos too but all I get is praised constantly. I mean on the Pluto Relinquish video I uploaded I pretty much BS'd the entire ending barely scratching a AA.

Oops i forgot for PS. And yes PS was Paranoia Survivor for me.
I do agree for the bpm on PS/PSM also PSM have an extra ending that i'm not good at (and the last crossovers are harder than PSMO because there is none in PSMO at the very end).
I played a lot more PS than PSM. I even played more PSMO than PSM lol.
When you see my best scores at the arcade (all on SN)...

PARANOiA survivor : 96.39 (2009-03-30)
PARANOiA survivor MAX : 93.27 (2008-11-13)
PARANOiA survivor MAX : 92.63 (2009-11-03)

My goal back then was to 97 PS and to get 95 (AA) on PSMO. I would have did PSM last. But i failed those goals ahah.
Lol PSM is 2 years old now... i should raise it to AA but i don't know if i can. Also the laggy screen scares me for that kind of thing.
I still have Unlimited and Legend to AA too...

@Telperion : Thanks, i'm sure you can clear it since you're doing good on 11'/12' double nobar on itg

@agentmargo : This song is meh. Protip : don't play it on "note" like i did.

@Dr.D : Gratz on the course, it seems hell, really... we want that video :p

EDIT : I forgot to say something on my previous post :
I have a shitty MA lol. The few time i did 25-30 on a song, if i PFC it i get 40-50.
I think Un Deux Trois is an other story because i did it no bar.
I'm sure i could get a better MA without a screen lag (also i'm more concern by the PFC so it doesn't matter that much) but i think the main problem is still me. A good player will still have insane score even with a laggy screen.
But i don't want to clean some of my PFC because it would take too much time. I prefer try to get new PFC and impove other scores.
I hope i'll fix a bit my MA in the future still.

I played CHAOS in OMES (in SN machine) pretty long ago and got AA with 289p. I was so happy, coz it's "a new highscore!"

Also... got AAA in JANEJANA, AAA PFC Dynamite Rave ("AIR" Special) Doubles, AAA PFC Jupiter the Bringer of Jollity (on basic lol)... that's all I could remember. No pics, however for Dynamite Rave, my friend just missed some miliseconds to the result screen --', all on SN2.

My friend's gonna upload my pic for Freeway Shuffle Double, I got AAA PFC on X.

The only times I am actually embarrassed are the times I do something that I know I could do better. Like I played that course not quite warmed up and felt winded and out of breath with my legs locking up. In short I know under better circumstances I know my score could kill what I got.

I got a few SN2 AAAs yesterday at the arcade. I'm so happy that my timing is getting better there.... I remember only getting Bs on songs like A Thing Called LOVE which now I'm getting SDGs. (sad about era because I only had 6 greats.... Q_Q)

This is bay far in my opinion my greatest DDR accomplishment ever, getting a AAA Great Full Combo in Let's Get Away in DDR for the PS3, the very first time I tried it on Expert, sad thing is, I didn't get a recording of it.

Alright so I got one video done tonight. I have had two AAA's done for a while now and I have not played all week. Instead of playing DDR I have had my mind on other things... Namely this...

I picked it up on Sunday. On Monday the game decided to start crapping out. The 573 still had its original disc drive in it which I replaced. The MSU then went on to have its own problems after that which I have been fixing for the past couple days. It appears to be working fine now so I took a couple hours to clean up the cabinet. I used about 25 wipes to clean up the machine of dust. To say the least the machine was extremely dirty. I will have a videos later of it, but I can officially say I am the proud owner of a DrumMania machine now!

Anyways here are my last two AAA's...

Both were pretty easy. Celebrate Nite took two tries, while Dr.LOVE took many (I have problems playing songs under 140 BPM).

I am not sure myself. I just asked my Dad if I could buy it and he told me yes. He gave me a price point (I won't post it, but trust me it honestly is not that much) and we picked it up. Well thats part of the story... There is much more to it. My Dad knows I want to start a arcade business and put that game in there so he did not see a problem with it as long as I pay him back eventually.

I have some home version videos to post here in a bit. I got a few harder AAAs and because of these particular AAAs, there's no doubt in my mind that I'll be able to AAA everything on Max - X2, EXJP, and 7thJP minus the 10 footers. I wish there was still an EX cab around here D:

Before I knew the entire songlist I was trying to AAA X2 completely as well. Then I played Pluto The First and it sort of shattered my plans. Also I realized later that the Groove Radar Specials were in the game and I cant AAA AM-3P or DEAD END from the specials. It was a ton of fun trying to get the game completely filled with AAA"s though.

Is it just the stepjump that gets you in AM-3P? That's really the only problem you would have with that (timing window issue)

Ya, My TX2000 was not made well enough for me to hit that segment perfectly. I have done it at the arcade before which is a pretty cool accomplishment in my opinion. That was back when I did not crossover at the beginning too so I was not that good at the game as I am now (common says will tell you that you have to crossover at the speed of the arrows).

This video isn't a AAA. It's 2 runs of HVAM. One with pad stuff, the other with really bad playing toward the end, resulting in 2 greats. I'll AAA this soon, but this video shows how DDR went that day. Most of the 9s I AAA'd were flagged first with the great being a few steps from the end. It happened 5 times with Xenon, 2 times with Colors, and once with Cartoon Heroes (2 steps from the end)
