The "CS Music" CD that comes with the game lists 11 CS-exclusive songs for Empress (The 7 revealed on the website, and the 4 unlocked last night).

There could be previews, revivals, or surprises, although I'd say Time To Empress is probably a satisfactory "final unlock" for most people.

Of course, because they sound different on different difficulties.
